Job Description The Principal ATLO Engineer will lead efforts across new satellite programs and established portfolios to shape production and will be a key player in meeting and exceeding our delivery targets, all while demanding a high standard of technical excellence in the assembly and test of satellites.

The Principal ATLO Engineer is expected to shape our current and future processes, and plays a critical role in linking our business strategy to the ongoing definition and development of large-scale satellite constellations.

The candidate is expected to contribute to a wide variety of program inputs including proposals, standard operating procedures, and resource management systems.

They will oversee the integration of new design and manufacturing techniques into testbed and flight systems, with a strong awareness towards safety, affordability, security, testability, and mission capability.

A Principal ATLO Engineer will report to and serve under the ATLO Director.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and a proactive problem-solver with experience in spacecraft integration, mission architecture, and production automation.

The ideal candidate can work equally well in a singular supervisory role or with multitalented teams on the production floor.

The Advanced Airborne RF Sensors department within the Space and Airborne Systems Engineering and Test Capability (SE&TC) Center is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in North Texas. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the integration, testing, and verification of advanced hardware and software systems. You will ensure our products meet customer requirements and perform to expectations, from initial development through deployment and post-deployment support. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines, solve complex challenges, and contribute to cutting-edge aerospace and defense technologies. This is an Onsite role in McKinney, TX.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to develop test procedures and
• troubleshoot system level issues for RF and EW systems.
• Perform calibration and operation of phased array antennas within a laboratory test‑range environment.
• Support testing, validation, and integration activities for phased array antenna systems, RF sensor, and EW systems.
• Conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis to evaluate ES/EA system performance and inform design decisions.
• Create and execute test plans and procedures, evaluate system functions and interfaces, and verify system requirements in preparation for final system sell-off to the customer.
• Support production, system deployment, and post-deployment activities, ensuring product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate across hardware and software disciplines to identify and implement solutions to complex system challenges.
• Engage in Digital Transformation (DTx) efforts, leveraging methods and enabling technologies such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile product development practices.
• Work alongside teams of engineers to support integration and testing efforts, ensuring seamless functionality of system components.
• Utilize laboratory equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and digital voltmeters.
• Test event support activity may require travel which is not expected to exceed 20%. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of EW/Radar systems design and requirements engineering experience.
• Diagnose and resolve electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues.
• Modeling and simulation for Electronic Warfare (EW) or radar systems.
• Experience with calibrating, operating, and supporting the integration of phased‑array or RF sensor systems.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Active DoD clearance with investigation within five years.
• Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
• Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture (SysML specifically), digital thread concepts, digital engineering, MBSE with DevSecOps).
• Antenna design and calibration experience
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues.
• Experience with modeling and simulation of EW or radar systems.
• Matlab/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence.

Title: Technical Project Manager/Senior Principal Engineer – Wireless Charging (MR / MI / Automotive)

We are seeking a senior wireless charging expert to lead system architecture, technical decisions, and project execution for MR (Magnetic Resonance) and MI / Qi (Magnetic Induction) wireless charging across automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. The role requires deep hardware and firmware expertise, system-level thinking, and technical leadership to drive products from concept to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture & Leadership

• Lead MR / MI system architecture (Tx/Rx, power, RF, EMC, thermal, firmware)
• Define system-level tradeoffs: efficiency, thermal, EMI, performance, cost, reliability
• Mentor HW/FW teams and review designs
• Serve as chief technical decision-maker on complex system challenges

Wireless Charging Technology
