Role Overview

We are seeking two highly skilled Mechanical Engineers with experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector to support the development and integration of advanced thermal management subsystems used across military and commercial platforms globally.

This role focuses on mechanical subsystem development from a packaging and integration perspective, including enclosure design and integration of electronic and fluid control components such as pumps, compressors, fans, and valves. The harness engineer is a very cross-functional role at the convergence of the avionics, mechanical, integration, and production teams, with significant hands-on work designing, building, integrating, and testing our harnesses, enclosures, and mounting hardware; expect to broaden your design and application experience.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Harness Engineer you will work with the avionics, mechanical, and integration teams to define the harnessing design, including routing, component selection, and manufacturing and integration processes. You'll be responsible for the detailed design of both flight and test harnesses, and you'll be working with the production technicians and A&Ps to get the harnesses built and installed on the aircraft. You'll have the opportunity to design, install, and test your hardware on a remotely operated aircraft, and you'll be an instrumental part of how our hardware teams come together on the airplane.

The Advanced Airborne RF Sensors department within the Space and Airborne Systems Engineering and Test Capability (SE&TC) Center is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in North Texas. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the integration, testing, and verification of advanced hardware and software systems. You will ensure our products meet customer requirements and perform to expectations, from initial development through deployment and post-deployment support. What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to develop test procedures and
• troubleshoot system level issues for RF and EW systems.
• Perform calibration and operation of phased array antennas within a laboratory test‑range environment.
• Support testing, validation, and integration activities for phased array antenna systems, RF sensor, and EW systems.
• Conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis to evaluate ES/EA system performance and inform design decisions.
• Create and execute test plans and procedures, evaluate system functions and interfaces, and verify system requirements in preparation for final system sell-off to the customer.
• Support production, system deployment, and post-deployment activities, ensuring product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate across hardware and software disciplines to identify and implement solutions to complex system challenges.
• Engage in Digital Transformation (DTx) efforts, leveraging methods and enabling technologies such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile product development practices.
• Work alongside teams of engineers to support integration and testing efforts, ensuring seamless functionality of system components.
• Utilize laboratory equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and digital voltmeters.
• Test event support activity may require travel which is not expected to exceed 20%. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of EW/Radar systems design and requirements engineering experience.
• Diagnose and resolve electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues.
• Modeling and simulation for Electronic Warfare (EW) or radar systems.
• Experience with calibrating, operating, and supporting the integration of phased‑array or RF sensor systems.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Active DoD clearance with investigation within five years.
• Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
• Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture (SysML specifically), digital thread concepts, digital engineering, MBSE with DevSecOps).
• Antenna design and calibration experience

Title: Technical Project Manager/Senior Principal Engineer – Wireless Charging (MR / MI / Automotive)

We are seeking a senior wireless charging expert to lead system architecture, technical decisions, and project execution for MR (Magnetic Resonance) and MI / Qi (Magnetic Induction) wireless charging across automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. The role requires deep hardware and firmware expertise, system-level thinking, and technical leadership to drive products from concept to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture & Leadership

• Lead MR / MI system architecture (Tx/Rx, power, RF, EMC, thermal, firmware)
• Define system-level tradeoffs: efficiency, thermal, EMI, performance, cost, reliability
• Mentor HW/FW teams and review designs
• Serve as chief technical decision-maker on complex system challenges

Wireless Charging Technology

• MR (100 kHz–MHz, long-distance, high-power) and MI (Qi/WPC) for consumer/mobile
