Opportunity Details:



  • Senior level leadership position.
  • Manage the provision of patient care to an ethnically and socially diverse patient base.
  • Support the CMO in ensuring that standards, protocols, leadership, and direction exist to provide the highest quality of care possible to patients.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification in a medical specialty.
  • Physician (MD or DO) with an active New York State Medical License.
  • At least 5 – 10 years of experience providing medical direction and supervision to teams of medical staff.
  • Must have experience developing and implementing standards of care, medical protocols, quality assurance standards and monitoring, and professional training and education.
  • Must have experience implementing new clinic operating processes and systems aimed at improving efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and change management skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements, including but not limited to DOH, CMS, TJC, etc.
  • Understanding of legal issues, medical malpractice, and patient safety issues related to the delivery of healthcare.
  • Working knowledge of current hospital policies and procedures.
  • Ability to identify areas that require further research based upon organizational trends and activities.
  • Ability to nurture an environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration, both internally and externally.

Wages and Benefits include:


Annual Base Salary: $325,000* based on a 40-hour work week.


The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $357,500**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:

    • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

Job Description Summary

  • Reinforce MBS strategy, and ensure that consistent operational and business development messages are carried to all Talent Solutions Field/Strategic Accounts and Protiviti staff in the assigned region
  • Attend client meetings within the regional markets to drive MBS revenue and demonstrate to team members how to message MBS to clients and prospects
  • Assist in the development of target lists to identify MBS opportunities through reviewing open MR/CFA job orders, mid cap revenue retail accounts and existing clients of the financial Talent Solutions practice groups
  • Collaborate and identify MBS opportunities within Protiviti’s Global Strategic Account Management (GSAM) and Loyal Annuity Clients (LAC) by partnering jointly with Protiviti MBS market leads, Protiviti Key/Strategic Account leads and Talent Solutions Strategic Accounts with SA VP/Directors
  • Ensure coordinated follow-up on the 5+ Temp Out report for MBS opportunities
  • Adopt, promote and display a consultative manner when collaborating with Talent Solutions Field/Strategic Accounts constituents, Talent Solutions field leadership and Protiviti MBS market leads.
  • Provide recommendations to the Talent Solutions district and regional management teams and MBS Protiviti leads on critical improvements needed to grow their MBS business
  • Participate and help facilitate local MBS pipeline meetings, staffing leadership meetings and Protiviti Managing Director/Director monthly meetings
  • Help establish consistent Protiviti and Talent Solutions joint MBS meetings for business development coordination

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5+ years' successful Robert Half Field or Strategic Accounts or Protiviti leadership experience is required

  • Excellent business development, recruiting, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to have meaningful conversations and meetings with senior-level executives regarding their business that will result in long-term client relationships
  • History of generating and exceeding business development and revenue goals or targets (either individually or in a leadership position)

Salary:

The typical salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.

Primary Purpose of Position

Responsible for the direction, assignment, and coordination of Turbine Floor Outage Execution to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Enforce at all times procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques, and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.


Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Effectively direct turbine floor personnel to assure all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively, by qualified workers, and in accordance with procedures and schedules.
  • Participate in various aspects of work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings involving online and refuel outage activities, to ensure that work is properly assigned, planned and ready to execute.
  • Effectively communicate and address CEC and personnel issues to the appropriate levels of Outage Services & Alliances (OS&A) and CEC management. Foster open communications and collaboration between all organizations internal and external to OS&A.
  • Oversee project activities of multidisciplinary team regarding turbine generator disassembly and reassembly, coordination of turbine deck lay-down, mobilization of equipment and tooling as well as interfacing with management and specific contract personnel. Satisfy contractual obligations, meet project milestones, and optimize short-term and long-term company profit by effectively managing and facilitating resources.
  • Understand, support, and administer all OS&A processes, such as the training program, surveillance program, procedure revisions, and Corrective Action Program (CAP) to ensure effective work practices. Identify and support improvement opportunities and development, implementation, and performance monitoring of all Business Goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience OR
  • Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR

Job Summary and Qualifications

Administers respiratory care to patients as ordered by the attending physician. Conducts diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, therapy.


  • Initiates, monitors and maintains mechanically ventilated patients 


  • Assists with placement of artificial airways  


  • Performs and documents patient assessment including but not limited to breath sounds, airway patency and cuff pressure at least once per shift  


  • Verifies and documents ventilator function and patient status q4h minimum  


  • Assists with transportation of ventilator-dependent patients  


  • Assists at deliveries as requested for neonatal resuscitation and/or stabilization  


  • Administers and monitors respiratory care treatments 


  • Administers therapy according to established departmental policy  


  • Evaluates patient within 2 hours of notification of respiratory therapy orders and initiates as stated  


  • Instructs patient and family members in proper methods of respiratory therapy 


  • At end of shift, assures assigned areas are stocked as required 


  • Responds promptly to treatment needs in Emergency Department  


  • Responds immediately to emergency codes and correctly manages the airway and external compressions  


  • Responds immediately to all emergent patient situations including but not limited to Rapid Response, Stroke Alert, StemiAlert and Trauma Alert. 


  • Promptly sets up oxygen new starts per department policy

  • Performs cleaning, preventive maintenance and calibration of RC equipment as required 


  • Cleans, assembles, verifies function of ventilators and documents same prior to patient use  


  • Cleans, calibrates and maintains PFT equipment per manufacturing specifications and department policy. 


  • Perform arterial blood gas instrumentation calibration and maintenance per CAP requirements 


  • Calibrates and troubleshoots TCM and oxygen analyzers 


  • Functions as respiratory care protocol assessor 


  • Assesses patient per physician-approved criteria (RCP) within 1 hour of receipt of order and documents same  


  • Writes correct therapy orders based on accurate triage score in physician’s order sheet under “RCP”  


  • Delivers initial therapies as ordered  


  • Reassesses patient within established time frame, changing therapy as indicated and documents same
