Position Summary

NeuWave is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA) to lead and scale our quality and regulatory functions during a critical phase of transition and innovation. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining compliant quality systems (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820), overseeing regulatory approvals, leading audits, ensuring product safety, and partnering cross-functionally with R&D and Operations.

The Associate Director will drive a strong quality culture while overseeing full-time and contract staff across New Product Development & Lifecycle Quality, Quality Systems, Production & Service Quality, Supplier Quality, and Post-Market Surveillance. A key focus will be leading major transition initiatives, including standing up a new Quality System, implementing a new eQMS, and executing the 2025 functional business plan.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and maintain a compliant Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with FDA, ISO 13485, EU MDR, and global regulatory standards; drive achievement of key quality metrics, including CAPA effectiveness.
  • Oversee major transition initiatives, including implementation of a new QMS, eQMS deployment and validation, and migration of legacy quality systems.
  • Serve as primary liaison to regulatory authorities (FDA, EU Notified Bodies); lead regulatory submissions, registrations, labeling compliance, and responses to inquiries.
  • Ensure audit readiness and lead internal, third-party, and regulatory audits, including TÜV surveillance audits.
  • Oversee product and lifecycle quality, including risk management, design controls, production quality, and post-market surveillance.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure compliance with the USDA, FDA, GFSI, Food Defense and customer requirements for the facility. The QA Manager is the designated SQF Practitioner on site in the absence of the QA Director
  • Develop and maintain food safety (PCQI) documents and quality management related programs, including record keeping related to food safety weekly
  • Owner of the following programs to ensure effectiveness of monitoring and verifications with the QA Director- Hold and Release, Daily and Monthly GMP tracking, Internal audits, Environmental Monitoring, Air testing, Allergen swabbing, ATP swabbing, Traceability, Ingredient and Finished Goods testing and record keeping
  • Manages and co-leads plant training program when needed with the FSQA Supervisors
  • Lead RCA and CAPA program with the QA Director and initiate continuous improvement projects
  • Track and present key performance indicators of quality and food safety with the Quality team to meet corporate quality and food safety goals and objectives monthly
  • Validate, trend, and verify SQF Pre-requisite programs, HACCP Plans, and related processes, as well as annual reassessments

Requirements of this Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative/Territory Manager role include:

  • A four-year degree and/or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside or retail sales. Wholesale gift, home decor or fashion apparel industry preferred.
  • Reside within your designated territory.
  • Ability to travel throughout your territory in a personal vehicle for five days a week.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for establishing partnerships and generating home health referral growth across all Stonerise Home Health services by making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations. The position will serve as the agency staff Liaison for physicians, facilities, discharge planners, and community agencies. The ideal team member will have an entrepreneurial mindset and be an innovator for the overall development and referral growth of the assigned territory.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Forge meaningful connections with healthcare professionals, including physicians, long-term care facilities, independent and assisted living communities, and community resources, to establish a robust network for home health referrals.
  • Advocate for Stonerise Home Health services, encompassing skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy, by proactively nurturing and expanding relationships with providers and facilities.
  • Meet with potential patients to educate them on home health services and review their needs.
  • Utilize proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling techniques to uncover new referral opportunities and broaden the reach of Stonerise Home Health services.
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate patient admissions, ensuring seamless transitions and obtaining all necessary documentation to expedite the referral-to-admission process.
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service delivery, adhering to high service standards and consistently exceeding expectations to foster enduring relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Education and Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of one (1) year of Related Healthcare Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in healthcare sales, including working with multiple referral sources.
  • Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and required liability insurance
  • Execute sales strategies based on evaluation of c
