Assist in the recruitment process by creating and posting job advertisements, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
2.
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
3.
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
4.
Offer clerical support to the HR department in the form of document management, schedule appointments, and provide information to employees.
5.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
6.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
7.
Assist with employee relations issues and provide necessary support to the HR team.

Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
3.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office software and HRIS systems.
4.
Bilingual in English and another language.
5.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
6.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
7.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
9.
Proven experience in managing a wide range of HR administrative and executive support related tasks.
