ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Public Relations Manager will lead and execute strategic communications initiatives to enhance Savills' reputation, increase brand awareness and support business objectives. This role will oversee media relations, external communications, and thought leadership efforts, working closely with regional executives, an external PR firm, and the communications and marketing teams. Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Corporate Communications, the Senior PR Manager will manage regional press, media and stakeholder relationships to ensure a consistent, impactful brand narrative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement comprehensive regional public relations strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the firm's reputation.
• Oversee and manage media relations, identify storytelling opportunities, secure media coverage, and foster relationships with journalists and key industry stakeholders.
• Craft high-quality communications materials, including press releases, pitches, talking points, Q&As, award submissions and social media content.
• Ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with corporate communications strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven ability to develop and execute PR strategies that drive measurable results.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging.
• Experience working with in-house and external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Deep understanding of media relations and ability to maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors and influencers.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess PR effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 4-7 years of experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, financial or professional services industries.

Title and Escrow is a document-heavy industry with zero room for error. Your mission is to use AI to clean up the messiness of real-world real estate data.

You will solve problems like:

• Structured Data Extraction: Converting messy, unstructured data (like emails, PDFs, documents)  from various sources into strictly validated JSON schemas with as close to 100% accuracy as possible.
• Escrow Automation: Designing workflows that reduce human intervention by 50% by intelligently routing tasks based on AI analysis.
• Fraud Detection: Implementing deterministic logic checks on bank and financial documents to detect fraud patterns before they happen.

• Engineer the Integration: Writing production-grade code that interacts with external AI APIs
• "Prompt Engineering" as Code: You won't just write prompts; you will version, test, and optimize them. You will define strict schemas to ensure the AI speaks the language of our internal tools.
• Orchestrate & Validate: Help in building the logic that parses AI responses, validates them against our database (MongoDB), and flags inconsistencies before they reach the user.
• Full-Stack Implementation: Work to visualize AI-aided services and data for user review and approval.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the other senior engineers and product owners to translate complex "Title & Escrow" schemas into technical constraints that an AI can understand.

• Developer DNA: You are a software engineer first. You have strong experience in Python (C# / .NET is an advantage) and understand programming in depth. 
• Applied AI Experience: You have integrated LLMs into applications via API. Have experience with not only models but also AI frameworks. Experience with workflows, AI agent building and orchestration. You understand context windows, token limits, temperature, and guardrails.
• Data Handling: Experience with handling complex data structures.
• The "Glue" Mindset: You enjoy writing the code that connects different services ( like the AWS, AI APIs, and Database) to make a seamless features.
• Collaborative Autonomy: You will own the AI domain, but you won't be on an island. You will be embedded in a senior engineering team that supports you with architecture, code reviews, and best practices.

Savills North America is seeking an FP&A and Strategic Finance Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment and M&A:

• Represent and support the constructs of finance’s Transformation (i.e., decision support) and Finance Leadership and Growth Attribute’s models.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related business discipline—preferably within commercial real estate, professional services, or financial sectors

Under close supervision, the employee will learn to perform routine aspects of estimating assignments to acquire the basic principles of estimating. Sections of a total project estimate will be delegated to the employee to prepare estimated quantities and costs. This position will usually specialize in a particular discipline (Mechanical, Structural, Electrical or Architectural).
