Housing Case Manager

Below is the job description for the position:

Position Title: Housing Specialist

Duration: 6+ months contract (possible extension) - Onsite

Location: Bronx, NY 10458

Hours Weekly: M-F, 35hrs/week

Job Description:

• Complete case reviews to process recertification and lease renewals.
• Research and provide an accurate analysis of case activities.
• Use case research and knowledge of client to inform processing.

Duties:

• Perform income reviews and calculations.
• Ability to navigate online databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills (phone and email)
