Pharmacy Director

Community hospital looking to bring on Pharmacy Director! Sign On Bonus! Full Relocation!

• Hospital experience is a MUST
• Position reports to the CEO
• Serves on the Leadership Team
• This is a working Director position, responsible for working as a Pharmacist and leading and directing the team
• Hours for the Director are M-F 8:30am – 5pm
• Pharmacy Hours are as follows
• 8am – 7pm M-F
• 10am – 4pm Saturdays
• FT Pharmacist or PRN Pharmacist handles the on-call – director can participate if they would like
• Pharmacist have remote access
• 3 direct reports: 1 FT Pharmacist, 1 PT Pharmacist and 1 PT Tech
• Pyxis is the medical dispense system we use
• Looking for someone that can help reset the department and rebuild the culture
• Strong management skills

Qualifications:

• Current ID pharmacy license
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited pharmacy school
• Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred
• Ability to reset the department and rebuild the culture
• Strong management skills
