About the Role:

As a Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.


What You’ll Do:

•Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

•Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

What You’ll Need:

•Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.

• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Position purpose
The Welder position responsibilities include fitting and joining and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques in accordance with product specifications and production schedules.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  • Working hours are general 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., but may be adjusted as needed to meet production needs
  • Perform welding duties using a TIG welder.
  • Use welding equipment to weld steel components as specified by layouts, engineering drawings, work orders, or verbal instructions.
  • Work with others to assist in the welding of multi-component parts.
  • Operate forklifts, hoists, hand power tools, slings, grinders, cutting torch, and other hand tools related to the jobs needs.
  • Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet product specifications.
  • Read, understand, and follow job order specifications, engineering drawings, and/or work orders.
  • Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position.
  • Communicates with management, for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
  • Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventive maintenance functions on equipment. Suggest and implement improvements.

The primary responsibilities of a Brake Press Operator are to bend sheet metal in accordance with design specifications and to ensure each piece produced is free of defects. Job Description

Task Breakdown and Workflow

The overall goal of this role is to maximize throughput/ship the most servers. The best estimate is 20% meetings. 30% independent analysis, 50% collaborative work with both internal and external engineers/technicians.

This role will be on-site at a supplier (third-party-owned building). They will need to coordinate with our company engineers on the overall state of the program and, tactically, on the day's plan and the main issues the team is facing. They will then work to find more information, which could be physical inspection (they will be at the factory) or it could be at their laptop, reviewing logs, Excel data, etc.


Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills

  • Manufacturing or Process Engineering - They need to understand how factory flows work and how to optimize them. How to find waste. How to track material, etc.
  • Electronics experience - In addition to knowing general manufacturing knowledge, they need to have some idea of electronics. It does NOT need to be in servers, as that is such a small pool, it makes it nearly impossible. Can be in consumer electronics, automotive, etc. If the person has only worked on mechanical items (like assembly, welding, etc) it’s not going to work. They have to have worked on a product that has electrical components and software components.
  • Basic data analysis-Excel proficiency at a minimum. SQL is a nice-to-have but not needed. They need to be able to get a spreadsheet that shows 100 servers and has timestamps for when they started and stopped testing, and be able to say on average how long things are taking, what’s the worst case, etc. (Just as an example.)


Required Skills

  • BSME/BSIE/BSEE or related Engineering degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering and/or quality role

Job Description:

  • This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager of client Global Body Innovation & Communications and is based at our Summit office (hybrid working policy).
  • The Associate Brand Manager, client Global Body Innovation & Communications, will be responsible for helping shape and execute strong, purpose-led innovation pipeline & communication, anticipating trends and delivering 360 content toolkits to drive consistent brand & portfolio execution globally.
  • The ABM will be instrumental in helping the team identify opportunities to leapfrog competition with disruptive new products claims, communication assets & product innovations, bringing them to life through close partnerships with key cross-functional & commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead insights to action initiatives through regular monitoring & analysis of global industry trends, category & competitor landscapes and business performance (sales, trends, market share, P&L) to derive actionable business recommendations and enhance strategy & innovation efforts

Desired Qualifications

  • Innovation experience in Beauty or Skin Care is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required. Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners is preferred.
  • Proven ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand/project/innovation
  • Works well independently while possessing strong leadership & communication skills and a demonstrated history of building collaborative, lasting relationships that deliver business results
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Ability to work closely with cross functional and other internal teams
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing, innovation, and/or sales experience is required
  • Previous brand management or sales experience at CPG is required.
