We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in packaging design, product design, and consumer products. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can conceptualize and execute product and packaging design from initial concept through final production, while maintaining high visual standards and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate brings a strong illustrative skill set, deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and a practical understanding of how to use artificial intelligence tools to improve workflow, ideation, and efficiency. This person must also have hands-on experience preparing production-ready artwork and releasing files for print with proper pre-flight procedures.
Key Responsibilities
· Conceptualize and design innovative product and packaging solutions from initial idea through final production.
· Develop compelling visual concepts that align with brand strategy, product positioning, and consumer appeal.
· Create high-quality packaging layouts, product graphics, and supporting creative assets for consumer products.
· Produce original illustrations and visual elements to elevate packaging and product presentation.
· Prepare and release print-ready production files, including pre-flight checks, color accuracy, dieline setup, and final vendor-ready deliverables.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, operations, and print vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and attention to detail.
· Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, and similar platforms as part of the daily creative and workflow process for brainstorming, content support, ideation, and efficiency.
· Ensure all designs meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and production specifications.
Required Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in packaging design
· 5+ years of experience in consumer products
· Proven ability to conceptualize product design and packaging design and execute from concept to production
· Strong illustrative background with the ability to create original design elements and visual storytelling assets
· Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
· Strong understanding and daily use of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, and similar platforms
· Demonstrated ability to complete high-quality projects quickly and efficiently

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Lead logistics planning and execution across all 12 ILS elements, including maintenance planning, supply support, technical data, support equipment, training, manpower/personnel, facilities, packaging/handling/storage/transportation (PHS&T), computer resources support, design interface, sustaining engineering, and product support management. • Develop and maintain logistics documentation, sustainment plans, and lifecycle support strategies for cyber weapon systems. • Coordinate with engineering, cyber operators, program management, and sustainment teams to ensure logistics requirements are integrated into system design and modernization efforts. • Serve as the primary administrator and content manager for Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint environments supporting the logistics and sustainment mission. • Build and maintain dashboards, workflows, and data structures to track logistics actions, configuration changes, sustainment metrics, and readiness indicators. • Track hardware/software inventories, lifecycle statuses, and sustainment dependencies across distributed cyber platforms. • Collaborate with cyber operators, system engineers, acquisition personnel, and mission partners to ensure logistics considerations are integrated into operational planning. • Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities related to logistics and sustainment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Active TS/SCI clearance • 5+ years of logistics, sustainment, or lifecycle management experience within DoD or a national security environment. • Demonstrated expertise in the 12 Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements. • Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for data management, workflow design, and documentation control. • Strong understanding of cyber operations, cyber weapon systems, or IT system sustainment. • Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear logistics artifacts and decision ready products.

- Observe and report patient responses, progress, or changes in condition to the Physical Therapist and appropriate agency personnel.
- Instruct patients in the safe use and care of mobility and supportive devices, including wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetic or orthotic devices.
Communication & Documentation
- Document clinical notes and updates in a timely and accurate manner; ensure all documentation is incorporated into the patient’s clinical record as required.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care discussions and collaborate with the hospice care team to support coordinated service delivery.
Additional Responsibilities
- Attend home care team meetings, in-service programs, and interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an associate degree in science or applied science (approved by APTA).
- Meets hospice personnel qualifications per §418.114(b)(8).
- Current PTA certification or licensure as required by state law.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with a reliable, insured automobile that meets organizational requirements.

What You’ll Do:
- Provides direct physical therapy according to directions of a qualified physical therapist and in accordance with the physician's plan of care and as defined in the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.
- Treats patient to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance.

- Assist in preparing clinical notes and progress reports documenting physical therapy treatments performed and submit them for review into the clinical record
- Report any changes in the client’s condition to the qualified supervising Physical Therapist and Director of Nursing/ Director of Therapy. Changes in the plan of care may be made following authorization, instruction and supervision by the Physical Therapist
- Instructs patients in care and use of wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetic or orthotic devices.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with either an Associate’s degree in science or applied science that is approved by American Physical Therapy Association, Inc.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
- At least one (1) years’ experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (preferred)
- Complies and maintains current CPR certification.
- Ability to make home visits and provide nursing care in the home environment
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance
