Our entertainment client is looking for a Sign Shop Assistant to join their team!
We are seeking a Sign Shop Assistant with 3+ years of experience working in print shop environment preferably within the film, television, and live events industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and sign fabrication, with a focus on creating print-ready materials such as posters, floor graphics, prop packaging, dimensional lettering, event/convention displays, and more. This position will also require close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality printed materials within tight deadlines.
What You'll Do:
- Customer Service - Provide customer service including heavy phone and e-mail support to schedule projects in an extremely fast-paced environment. Guiding customers quickly to helpful and profitable solutions. Working in person with clients. Consistently furthering the brand & business through each interaction. Always asking questions and listening to customer feedback.
- Estimation - Estimating projects both large and small. Establishing and evolving product pricing.
- File Prep & Review -Interpreting and processing digital files for sign production on a daily basis. Breaking down each element for production. Reviewing print proofs and make necessary adjustments to ensure print quality and accuracy. Ensuring designs adhere to print specifications, including color profiles, resolution, and bleed requirements.
- Production/Fabrication - Involved in all aspects of sign & graphics production including digital printing, vinyl work, routing, and overall sign fabrication.
Must Have Experience:
Fabrication and Installation Support:
Sign Assembly - Experience assembling signs, including weeding, cutting, trimming, and using power tools to produce high-quality finished products.
Material Handling - Proficiency in handling and working with a variety of materials such as vinyl, acrylic, metal, wood, and foam board. Understanding material properties and best practices for cutting, adhering, and finishing each type.
Dimensional Lettering and Graphics - Skilled in creating and installing dimensional lettering and graphics, ensuring precise alignment and secure mounting.
Routing and Cutting - Experience with CNC routing and laser cutting for creating intricate and custom sign designs. Ability to set up and operate equipment, including software programming and material setup.
Finishing and Installation - Proficient in applying finishing touches such as laminating, mounting, and framing. Experience with sign or display installation, both indoor and outdoor, ensuring stability and durability.
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and print vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:
- Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
- Must have own basic skill related tools and equipment if not supplied by the workplace.
- Lay-out, fabricate and brace metal structural parts, such as plates, bulkheads, and frames.
- Lay out position of parts on metal, working from blueprints or templates and using scribe and hand tools.
- Locate and mark reference lines, such as center, buttock, and frame lines.
- Position parts in hull of ship.
- Align parts in relation to each other, using jacks, turnbuckles, clips, wedges, and mauls.
- Mark location of holes to be drilled and install temporary fasteners to hold part(s) in place for welding.

What You Will Do:
- Be responsible for quality product standards with no defects.

They provide complex patient care for a wide variety of medical diagnoses that require inpatient care and hospitalization.
This includes the need for telemetry and frequent observation.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our organ recovery team. The PA will play a critical role in the surgical recovery of organs for transplantation, collaborating with transplant surgeons, donor hospitals, and the recovery team to ensure high-quality procurement procedures. Department Summary: The Division of Hepatobiliary Surgery and Liver Transplantation participates in a comprehensive medical-surgical-radiologic hepatobiliary referral service, emphasizing diagnosis and medical management of liver and bile duct diseases with a variety of treatment strategies, including liver resection, RF ablation, alcohol injection, chemoembolization, portosystemic shunting, TIPS, laparoscopic procedures, and biliary bypass, as well as liver transplantation. The liver transplantation program is part of the Vanderbilt Transplant Center, which represents a major commitment to the expanding and important field of transplantation. The heart, lung, bone marrow, kidney, and pancreas transplantation programs closely interact with one another. The division also participates in a comprehensive diagnostic and treatment program in hepatobiliary disease, offered by the Vanderbilt Clinic. Approved privileges are unique to each person and are unlikely to include ALL privileges The PA professional may provide patient care in age groups based on educational preparation and at all Health licensed settings and affiliates. The PA has responsibility for the standards of care for their specified patient population and evidences self-direction and accountability both to quality of care and in the development of their role within the all Health locations and affiliates. Advanced Practice Practitioners (APP) are required to be credentialed to practice and be privileged through Medical Staff to function in their clinical role. Credentialing and approval of privileges must be completed prior to the first working day. The PA is accountable to, evaluated, and provided feedback by the supervising/collaborating physician, physician designee(s) in the same clinical specialty, or the Administrative Manager. Required:
- Possess clear understanding of core internal medicine principles.
- Knowledge of the elements of a medical history and skill in the history-taking process.

- Demonstrated experience in review and use of any standard protocols for Hospital Medicine patients.

- Writing skills to prepare clear medical reports, laboratory data and progress notes. Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
- Ability to be trained in the use of specialized medical equipment and procedures.
- Demonstrates an understanding of and adheres to privacy, confidentiality, and security policies and procedures related to Protected Health Information (PHI) or other sensitive and personal information.
- Applicant must have completed a physician assistant training program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
- Evidence of completion of Controlled Substances Education Course that meets requirements pursuant to California Code of Regulations Sections 1399.610 and 1399.612. PAs who have completed a one-time Controlled Substances Education Course may order or furnish a Schedule II drug pursuant to the Practice Agreement without patient-specific advance approval.
- Licensure through the California Physician Assistant Board of the Medical Board of California as a physician assistant.
- Applicant must have completed a physician assistant training program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
- Applicant must have completed a physician assistant training program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
- Current BLS certification and ACLS certification.
- National board certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) at the time of initial appointment.
- Experience in working with patients undergoing single and combined modality treatment plans.
Preferred:
- Multi-lingual

- Applicant must provide documentation of provision of care (# and type of cases/procedures performed) during the past 24 months, representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested.
- Ability to obtain UCIMC Allied Health Professional Privileges prior to hire.
