Spartanburg SC is the largest manufacturing and distribution site in the Keurig Dr. Pepper network. It runs on first-in-class factory systems with highly automated processing, packaging, and material movement.
The site uses a High Performance Teams structure to execute on the foundational principles of Total Productive Maintenance and Lean Manufacturing. Each associate at the Spartanburg site is accountable to a functional business unit and to the overall site operation.
As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will work with internal and external teams to execute varied maintenance, capital, and continuous improvement plans with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of automated electrical and mechanical systems is key to your success in this role.
Identify gaps, breakdowns, and opportunities in equipment and integrated factory systems.
Drive maintenance and process improvements to implementation or resolution.
Identify, plan, and execute work to troubleshoot, repair, modify, or install complex manufacturing equipment and systems.
Assist other technicians and technical teams as priorities dictate, time allows, or as directed.
Complete or assist with special projects and/or other duties as directed.
Comply with regulatory, Keurig Dr Pepper departmental policies, procedures, and standards with special focus on Safety and Quality.
Pay starting at $42.08 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $44.29 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and final acceptance testing on medical devices, including cleaning, decontaminating, disassembly, and final assembly, while adhering to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and safety procedures.
Resolve complex problems by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data with high accuracy and insight.
Demonstrate financial responsibility by independently approving repairs up to $2,000.
Make cost-effective decisions to ensure efficient and budget-conscious repairs.
Provide advanced support to other technicians and lead technical training sessions.
Work autonomously with minimal supervision, effectively managing tasks and making informed decisions independently.
Assist Lead Technicians with advanced repairs.
Handle and maneuver small components and parts.
Analyze calibration and service data to verify compliance with acceptance criteria.
Oversee the processing, review, and routing of Purchase/Work Orders for approval, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Complete detailed test records and work orders according to procedures with high accuracy and timeliness.
Lead routine cleaning, decontamination, and surveillance testing of lab space in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Inspect equipment, standards, parts, and mechanical components for errors, flaws, and certification/calibration status prior to use, and recommend improvements.
Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and best manufacturing and documentation practices.
Complete assigned training curriculum prior to due dates to avoid late training instances.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels and increase throughput.
Maintain accurate records, support the management of spare parts inventory and materials, and provide team members with necessary information to procure replacement parts or special materials required for effective equipment repairs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION: 2-year degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
4+ years of diverse experience in high volume production setting adhering to ISO and FDA Regulations Experience operating in an organization adhering to ISO, FDA, or comparable quality systems and regulations.
Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical and optical diagrams and technical specifications Hands-on electro-mechanical repair, rebuild, field service experience.
Experience with instrumentation in the medical field.

Ability to proficiently use a PC/Mac, Google Suite, manufacturing execution systems, JIRA, or equivalent tools

This position performs installation, maintenance, and repairs of computer driven electro-mechanical production equipment, ensuring that all related quality documentation is executed, while reviewing maintenance procedures for effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
* Maintenance and repair of computer driven electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment in support of medical device production.
o Computer driven systems include proportional-integral-derivative (PID) operating controllers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and Human Machine Interface (HMI) automation.
o Sub-systems and components include electric drives, motors, electrical wiring, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical panels, relays, printed circuit board circuitry, vacuum, and compressed air.

Minimum Requirements :
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree or equivalent years of experience in Engineering, Science or related technical field is preferred
* 1-3 years of technician experience in a manufacturing environment is required; experience working in medical device manufacturing or other FDA regulated industry preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
* Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and plumbing diagrams to expertly troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment, electric drives, motors, basic wiring, hydraulics, and pneumatics is required.
* Working knowledge of flow controls, valve selection, and pressure regulation.
* Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to take initiative.
* Working knowledge of equipment powered by 120, 208/230, and 480VAC electrical voltage is required.
* Experience with PLC/HMI and MS-DOS programming languages is preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel or equivalent software applications is preferred.
The pay for this role is a minimum of $25 per hour ($52k/yr) and a maximum of $33 per hour ($68,640/yr).

The Test Equipment Engineering Directorate (TEE) includes all engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test on every Raytheon product. The Service technician role is to respond to all customer’s installation, maintenance and repair needs. The role functions both at the warehouse and on-site at the customer’s location to perform service on MFP’s, copiers, printers, and fax machines.
Duties and responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair MFP’s, Copiers, printers, and fax machines by performing service calls at the customers locations as well as in the warehouse.
- Customer location service calls will apprise approximately 80% of the technician’s time.
- Maintain proper inventory of parts in their vehicle
- Maintain response-time and performance standards according to TTSG satisfaction.
- Electro/Mechanical abilities to install, disassemble, and reassemble copiers and parts
- Excellent time management skills and communication with dispatch as well as supervisor at warehouse

Working conditions
This position works out of the warehouse as well as requires driving to the customer site. Requires a friendly customer rapport while still having the ability to be time efficient and apply mechanical detailed skills.
Physical requirements
Heavy lifting is required for this job. Staff must be able to lift 150 lbs on a daily basis. Heavy travel to differing customer locations is required daily. Ability to interact in a customer friendly environment.
Second Shift
Pay Rate $22.00 to $25.00 per hour with an additional 10% differential bringing the rates to:
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
Monday through Thursday 3:30 pm to 2 am (10 hour shifts) with an additional 10% per hour differential not added here

As a Sr. Avionics Harness Technician at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Production organization. This is a small but growing team of highly motivated people passionate about delivering quality products and services on time, with unquestionable value. You'll play a critical role in the build, operation, integration, test, diagnostics, inspection, and maintenance of highly reliable avionics systems, such as wiring harnesses and electromechanical hardware. You'll also help with the installation of those systems onto aircraft. Your work will support various product development phases such as prototype, research and development, aircraft certification, and recurring production. Responsibilities
Build, operate, integrate, test, diagnose, inspect, and maintain highly reliable systems, including wire harnesses, cable assemblies, avionics assemblies, and circuit card assemblies
Read, interpret, and work from drawings, controlled documentation, and processes such as drawings, layouts, assembly procedures/work instructions, schematics, engineering drawings, and master parts lists
Develop and improve manufacturing and installation instructions
Assure product and process quality by testing finished-product and process capabilities
Resolve product non-conformances and collaborate with the quality team to implement corrective actions
Record work performed in a clear, precise, and complete manner
Assist with the development of production and improvement processes
Basic Success Criteria
8+ years of professional experience building/fabricating wire harnesses or cable assemblies, or other testing, integration, or mechanical assembly experience
5+ years of hands-on experience reviewing technical designs and working from drawings, schematics, layouts, assembly/procedures, master parts lists, and other controlled documentation
One or more of the following certifications: IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, IPC J-STD-001, NASA-STD-8739.4
Ability to proficiently use a PC/Mac, Google Suite, manufacturing execution systems, JIRA, or equivalent tools
Ability to lift 25-pound boxes to a height of 3-4 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Criteria

What will your typical day look like?
As an Electronic Repair Technician, you will report to the Lab Manager. You will work with a cross-functional team, including other repair technicians, production assemblers, account managers, technical support, and operations to support customers to ensure success and satisfaction.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair circuit boards and electronic assemblies (HMI’s, AC/DC drives, power supplies, displays, controllers, amplifiers, etc.) with limited or no schematics and technical documentation.
- Component level testing an asset.
- Above average skill in debugging and repairing digital electronics to the component level would be an asset
- Ability to understand assembly instructions and technical documentation
- Test electrical and mechanical components and systems
- Assemble and dis-assemble electrical and mechanical components and systems as required.
- Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems.
- Provide feedback to engineering and operations groups regarding first time assemblies.
- Complete repair on assemblies that have failed during one of the post-assembly tests.
- Assist in product validation and testing when required.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement
- Maintain 5S of your work area.
- Assist in inventory, packaging, shipping, receiving.

Job Description:
Supports the design and implementation of controls-based solutions for novel future processing equipment, specifically fiber making and cable process equipment, in the optical waveguide and cabling manufacturing processes. These controls solutions will enable manufacturing systems to deliver and transform raw materials to product, convey ware between discrete processing steps, and/or measure and characterize ware created and/or processed by these novel manufacturing methods.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
· Integrate field devices for flow control, material handling and metering, motion control, temperature control, and associated safety systems based the system design package enabling a fully functional equipment platform.
· Work closely with controls engineers to implement control sequence logic (both time-based and event-based), fail-safe states, and process /equipment recovery sequences.
· Implement specified field devices to accomplish desired process / equipment functions, and compatible / compliant with site standards.
· Accurately estimate timeframe to complete assigned project work once scope of work is adequately defined and then complete work to agreed-to timeline.
· Participate in engineering project teams that are responsible to deliver robust, cost-effective automation and process machine systems to Company's manufacturing plants and processes.
· Work within project teams to support the solving of difficult automation problems, resolution of project related issues, and development of fundamental understanding of technical / process requirements critical to system success.
· Drive the deployment of defined control architectures, control system standards, and system integration that will satisfy process and manufacturing requirements.
