As a Mechanical Assembler, you will enhance and support an environment where all team members are able to participate in CI (continuous improvement) and utilize tools on a daily basis.
What You Will Do:
- Build large and small components of life rafts using many different types of materials
- Document required steps and signatures for quality assurance
- Follow quality procedures and documentation accurately
- Bond materials together using adhesives
- Maintain high levels of quality
- Maintain high levels of safety for yourself and others and responsible for wearing/using defined PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Work and communicate effectively in a complex team environment
- 100% of time spent on production floor with variable amounts of noise
- Constant daily exposure to adhesive and solvent vapors.
- Ability to wear gloves (including latex) to protect hands while working with production chemicals.
- Minimal exposure to machinery with moving parts
- Ability to use and manipulate clamps, brushes (with gloves on), pushers, scissors, seam tape and talc

Job Description:
The Construction Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the construction market. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, estimators, project managers, and internal teams—ensuring a smooth transition from pursuit through project award.
The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, understands the construction sales cycle, and is comfortable working with general contractors, owners, developers, and design partners.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, owners, developers, and other industry partners
- Identify, pursue, and secure new construction projects aligned with company capabilities
- Manage assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the preconstruction phase
- Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams to support bids, proposals, and pricing strategies
- Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
- Attend networking events, industry meetings, and client presentations
- Support contract negotiations and assist with closing deals
- Ensure smooth handoff of awarded projects to project management and operations teams

Qualifications and Education:

Summary/Objective:
The Mechanical Project Executive will provide overall management direction for two or more projects and develop new business opportunities relative to a client, group of clients, or geographical area in the fields of Commercial HVAC or Commercial Plumbing.
Essential Functions:
- Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through Director of Commercial Construction or project/labor construction managers
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy
- Monitor and develop staff, evaluate performance, and address employee relation issues as warranted for staff
- Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client, Architect, and Engineer, to facilitate business development and construction activities
- Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule, within budget; investigate potentially serious situations, and implement corrective measures
- Represent company in project meetings; assist in negotiations/strategy meetings, etc.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with client
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with internal project teams, our customers, subcontractors, and key vendors. Builds positive morale on the project site
- Coordinate with various internal departments such as pre-construction, sales, safety, purchasing, CAD/BIM, and fabrication shops as well as client personnel and others to: Develop and maintain a construction plan and schedule. Scope out vendor quotes and purchase equipment and material. Scope out subcontractors and issue subcontracts. Provide guidance for the fabrication schedule
- Create Revenue Forecasts, Schedule of Values, Cash Flow analysis, and other financial analysis
- Identify changes in scope, prepare pricing, and submit potential change orders to customer
- When necessary, develop recovery plans to bring a project that is experiencing issues, such as issues with safety, quality, or production back on track
- Distributes final required documentation to subcontractors
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and/or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience
- 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance and project management
- Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize project performance
- Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities
- Must be a skilled businessperson
- Must meet all company requirements

Surface Finishing Supervisor (Electropolishing / Plating Operations – 2nd Shift)
College Park, GA 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
We’re partnered with a growing valve manufacturing company that’s expanding operations and looking to add an experienced Surface Finishing Supervisor to lead and develop their 2nd‑shift electropolishing and plating team. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who understands chrome and nickel-plating processes and enjoys driving quality, consistency, and team engagement on the shop floor.
This role will train closely with the 1st‑shift manager and day team, making this a great environment for someone stepping into a long‑term supervisory role as the business continues to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee daily electropolishing, chrome plating, and nickel plating operations on 2nd shift
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team (eventually overseeing 2 direct reports)
- Ensure quality standards are met for surface finish, cleanliness, and specifications
- Provide technical guidance on plating processes, parameters, and work instructions
- Monitor production flow, address process deviations, and support corrective actions
- Partner with Quality and Engineering to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Oversee safety, PPE compliance, chemical handling, and equipment reliability
- Maintain accurate production, training, quality, and maintenance documentation
- Promote a clean, organized, and team‑oriented work environment
What They’re Looking For
Required:
- Prior supervisory or management experience in manufacturing or plating operations
- Hands‑on experience with chrome and nickel plating (electropolishing experience strongly preferred)

In this role, you will:
- Work with customer drawings to create 3D assemblies in SolidWorks to satisfy customer expectations.
- Design clear 2D drawings to communicate design to manufacturing team.
- Engage with product design changes, engineering change notices, new product development, and more.
- Revise drawings as necessary.
- Collaborate with other Designers. including checking each others' work for accuracy. and other members of the team including R&D, purchasing, project management, sales, and others.

- Have an Associate's degree in Drafting and Design Technology, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- Bring 3+ years of design experience using 3D modeling programs (SolidWorks strongly preferred).

Position Summary:
The Superintendent will be responsible for the field planning and management process of the bridge related aspects of construction projects. The Superintendent ensures that the quality of work and materials are upheld and that the schedule is followed as planned as well as enforces and adheres to Company's safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan the job with the Project Manager and assist as required.
- Direct oversight responsibility of time sheets for labor and equipment, as well as daily reports complete with quantities worked.
- Develop and maintain client, subcontractor and team member relationships.
- Responsible for maintaining and managing the overall bridge schedule.
- Review, maintain, and monitor crew's productivity and goals daily.
- Review cost reports monthly, initiate field change requests, and prepare vendor or subcontractor back charges with the Project Manager/Project Engineer.
- Enforce quality control and Company safety policies on all aspects of construction.
- Follows the project construction process and schedule to ensure that work is completed on time.
- Review and submit weekly accountability reports.
- Have a clear understanding of pay parameters and specifications by item.
- Provide General Superintendent with a three week look ahead schedule.
- Conduct daily huddles, stretching exercises, and weekly Tool Box Talk with crew.
- Provide Job Hazard Analysis prior to new work activities and review with crew.
- Develop material handling plans with Foremen.
- Identify extra work or change of conditions and report to Project Manager/Project Engineer.
- Ensure that delivery receipts are collected and submitted to field engineers.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Construction preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 8 years of successful and progressive experience in the civil construction field.
- Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of bridge construction.
- OSHA 10 certified.
