We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team, supporting the assembly of aerospace and aircraft components. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical assembly experience who is looking to grow within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of aerospace or aircraft parts according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Assembler I is a key factory staff member responsible for executing assembly operation processes, manufacturing and transactional, to deliver on S, Q, D, C expectations. In addition, this position will gain and apply lean knowledge and techniques to deliver on CI expectations that support the Assembly department within Kimber Manufacturing. The Assembler I will work in concert with cross-functional teams and other departments to provide support in achieving quality goals defined and established by upper management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience performing aircraft structural work or equivalate.

• 1+ years of experience using high impact vibratory tools; such as bucking/riveting.

• Enrolled in a Boeing partnered manufacturing related high school or community and technology college academic program
