• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Prior leadership experience (Foreman, Superintendent, or Manager level)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, code compliance, and project execution
• Experience managing crews and overseeing field operations
• Valid electrical license (Arkansas or ability to obtain)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to build and grow a division

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching or growing an electrical department
• Estimating or bid experience
• Experience working alongside HVAC/mechanical contractors
• Industrial project experience

Physical & Work Environment Expectations

• Ability to work in active construction and industrial environments
• Ability to access rooftops, elevated areas, and job sites
• Strong leadership presence in both office and field settings
