We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Technician Assistant to support electrical construction projects by ensuring installations meet company standards and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. This role works closely with project teams on-site, serving as an additional layer of oversight to promote quality, accuracy, and compliance throughout all phases of installation.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in project handoff meetings to understand scope and quality expectations
- Support QA/QC functions on assigned projects as directed
- Attend project and GC QA/QC meetings as needed
- Perform and document inspections (underground, temporary power, equipment, in-wall, overhead installations) using the QuickBase QA/QC App
- Inspect switchboards, panelboards, and received equipment; generate nonconformance reports for damaged or non-compliant items
- Witness and verify torque and Megger reports
- Create and verify punch lists; assist with project closeout documentation
- Assist with training project teams on QA/QC best practices and QuickBase application usage
- Stay current on NEC updates to ensure installation compliance
- Travel to job sites, including out-of-town locations, as required
Qualifications

Day to day:
Under general supervision, performs installation and checkout on a variety of systems utilizing codes, company procedures, engineering drawings and personal analysis. Works with electrical contractors as required. Develops a positive interface with the customer to ensure confidence and satisfaction with the system installation.
- Installs raceways, cables and wiring to meet local or national codes, standards and customer system requirements. Lays out electrical controls installation to provide lowest total installed cost.
- Mounts and terminates controls equipment as needed.
- May assist sales with electrical estimates, including walking retrofit projects.
- Determines and validates final termination points to equipment interfaced with the installed system (i.e. chillers, boilers, roof top units, etc.).
- Checks out wiring and terminations of field-installed equipment with test instruments as needed (i.e. volt meters, hand held testers, etc.).
- Keeps management informed of job needs, progress and issues.
- Completes paperwork, including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation. Provides feedback to Engineering on changes and keeps as-built drawings current.
- Resolve job site conflicts regarding installation issues or escalates concerns to management as required.
- Communicates with the customer as necessary upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
- Adheres to safety programs and policies.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee the planning, coordination, and installation of electrical systems on new and existing commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contract documents, codes, and company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with deep electrical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage crews and jobsite operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
The Electrical Superintendent plans and assigns daily work activities based on workforce capabilities and project needs. This position orders materials and tools, schedules major deliveries, and attends jobsite meetings to coordinate with project stakeholders. The superintendent supervises electrical installations to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
Responsibilities also include calling for inspections, accompanying inspectors during walkthroughs, and documenting any violations or deficiencies. Qualifications

The base pay range for this role based off geographic location is:
$133,000 and $166,800The specific pay offered will depend on the candidate's geographic location, as well as qualifications and experience. We apply geographic pay differentials based on the cost of labor in the market. Employees in high-cost locations may be compensated at the upper end of the range, while those in medium or low cost markets may be compensated at the lower end of the range. QualificationsAn undergraduate degree in electrical engineering is preferred, experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. The Electrical Maintenance Superintendent should have at least 5 years of progressively more accountable electrical and instrumentation experience ideally within the paper industry. While qualified candidates may come from outside the paper industry, it is expected that they will have similar experience in a highly automated process and heavy industrial manufacturing environment, and be accustomed to large-scale production in a commodity driven low-cost business.

Job Title: Electrical Foreman – Commercial Construction
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and supervise field operations on mid to large-scale commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring quality installations, enforcing safety standards, and supporting project teams to deliver work in accordance with contract documents and code requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and proven experience managing electrical crews in commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
The Electrical Foreman plans and assigns daily work activities, supervises and trains field personnel, and coordinates manpower needs with project management. This position oversees the installation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. The foreman coordinates inspections, identifies and reports conflicts or deviations, and assists with schedule and cost-related adjustments as required.
Additional responsibilities include ordering materials and tools, managing deliveries, supervising material storage, and inspecting equipment and materials for compliance and defects. The Electrical Foreman enforces all company safety programs, conducts safety meetings, completes accident reports, and leads jobsite safety initiatives. This role also performs jobsite administrative duties such as timekeeping, cost coding, packing slips, and documentation.
The Electrical Foreman serves as a primary field contact, working closely with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, vendors, manufacturers, and owner representatives to ensure proper installation and project execution.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position supervises all field personnel within the assigned scope of work as directed by the Project Manager.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Journeyman or Master Electrician license and have completed a minimum of four years of formal apprenticeship training. A minimum of eight years of electrical field experience is required. Certifications in CPR, First Aid, OSHA 10, and Hilti are required or must be obtained as directed.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all trades and levels of the organization. Extensive knowledge of electrical tools, equipment, and installation methods is required, along with the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, wiring diagrams, and contract documents.
Physical Requirements
The Electrical Foreman must be able to perform physical tasks associated with active construction sites, including climbing ladders and scaffolding, working at heights, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, crouching, and working overhead for extended periods. Normal vision and hearing are required, with or without correction.
Work Environment
This role is performed in active construction environments that may include noise, debris, uneven surfaces, and varying weather conditions. Employees must remain alert to jobsite hazards and adhere to all safety protocols.
