What We're Looking For

Job Overview
Responsible for distributing components and supplies to CADI Manufacturing. Responsible for the Inventory of all components on the CADI Manufacturing Floor. Knowledge of all related procedures.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Distribute components and supplies to CADI Manufacturing.
- Receive components and supplies from Warehouse
- Perform all SAP transactions according to procedures.
- Inventory control and cycle counting.
- Handle chemicals and hazardous waste per procedure.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 - 2 years of experience working in a cleanroom environment preferred
- Hazmat experience preferred
- Experience using SAP system preferred

- May be required to stand for extended periods to perform job functions.

Perform duties to supply dies and die components, in good operational condition, to foundry in accordance with production needs.
- Prepare die kits consisting of dies, covers, bolts, etc. in accordance with job routing and die safety standards, based on scheduled foundry production needs. Remove dies and related components from storage maintaining proper records as to inventory and die movement. Maintain Die Services storage and holding areas in orderly condition.
- Inspect dies and related equipment for dimensional and general condition. Record findings and recommend repairs. Assist in shot blasting and die repair duties.
- Move and deliver dies and die kits to foundries using various forklift trucks and lifting equipment.
- Inspect, clean and spray dies with protective coating upon return from foundry. Return dies to storage, updating inventory records.
- Assist and instruct new employees.

Set up, adjust and operate a wide variety of numerically controlled machines and or cells, to perform rough and finish operations on a wide variety of casting, forgings and parts of copper, aluminum, steel graphite and other ferrous or non-ferrous metals and alloys. Manually perform deburring operations during cycle by hand sanding, belt sanding or operate single drill press and cleaning equipment to perform secondary operations.
