Purpose: Proactively provide project-related and branch-level support to ensure efficient and accurate management of project-related documentation and contractual obligations throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Train, support, and advise local Contract Administrators; provide guidance on legal matters at the branch level.
Basic Job Functions • Oversee and manage the day-to-day functions of the Contracts group: assign projects; serve as knowledge resource for team members; develop and train members from foundational contractual to more complex agreements.
• Personally manage more complex contracts: draft, edit and review contract language, terms and conditions, indemnification clauses, amendments, among others.
• Negotiate directly with customers, project managers, purchasing staff, and attorneys.

• Serve as first point-of-contact for legal advice regarding issues that may arise within the designated regions of NRF Southeast and South Central.

• Provide support to project management staff, assisting with contract-related matters, subcontractors, outstanding receivables, and claims.
• Train sales and project management teams on contractual terms, and risk management.
• Review customer-issued documents for project scope and pricing accuracy, redlining any changes to the documents using Bluebeam and Microsoft Word.
• Facilitate, assist with, and monitor the review of letters of intent, contracts, NDAs, change orders, and other project-related documents by the Contracts/Legal Department.
• Review projects on at least a monthly basis and provide a status update to the regional senior leadership team regarding shipments, job progress, invoicing, pricing adjustments, change order management, and job completion.
• Work collaboratively with other regional support locations as well as the central administrative office in Lexington, NC.
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum three years of experience reviewing or assisting with construction project-related documents such as bids, purchase orders, subcontracts, letters of intent, change orders, etc.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Total responsibility for product delivery to customers in the most efficient and safest manner possible.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Hire, train, supervise, coach, and review all delivery employees. This includes drivers, forklift drivers,
and dock clerks.
2. Exercises safety precautions and assist with employee training to do the same.
3. Prepares monthly estimates of staffing and equipment requirements.
4. Maintains compliance documents and logs. This includes Driver Qualification files, HOS logs and
DVIRs.
5. Investigates all driver accidents and files proper paperwork.
6. Establishes or assists CSM in the most efficient routing of trucks. Schedules all employees to ensure
adequate coverage and efficient operations.
7. Ensures special deliveries are made promptly and efficiently.
8. Ensures product is delivered on a timely basis.
9. Monitors maintenance and repairs on vehicles and delivery equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, dolly,
etc. Responsible for vetting, approving and submitting for payment all invoices related to delivery
operation: Fleet, pallet jack, dock, etc.
10. Periodically checks with customers on proper merchandising.
11. Coordinates delivery of product for new accounts with management.
12. Resolves delivery problems with customers.
13. Check drivers in as necessary. Ensure all policies are followed and all monies are properly turned in
and accounted for each day.
14. Utilizes route reports as a tool to develop cost effective routes.
15. Monitors junk ice returns and follow-up with same. Ensure proper inventory control – responsible to
ensure proper transactions occur as inventory leaves and returns to the warehouse.
16. Manages the dock. Ensure appointment times are adhered to for all distributors and coordinate with
loading times of company vehicles.

OPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Excellent decision making abilities and judgment are required. Must be able to respond to non-routine situations with promptness and use of good business judgment. Errors could be lost customers, excessive repair costs on vehicles, overtime costs due to poor scheduling. This job is diverse and complex due to the number of duties and situations which must be handled.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for all delivery personnel including drivers, forklift drivers and dock clerks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma with the ability to do basic math and complete paperwork. Must have some experience in route sales, delivery and supervision. Must hold a valid CDL Class A drivers license and have an acceptable motor vehicle record. Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of professional drivers.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimal travel; on-call availability, weekend and evening work may be required. Must hold a valid Class A CDL with an acceptable MVR and current medical certificate. Must be able to climb a ladder, work with light duty tools, and lift up to 40 pounds. Work is conducted in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. The ability to manage stress, build professional and collaborative relationships and reason through complex business situations is essential. Summary of the position:
Provides maintenance and technical support for Sullair products at customer field locations. Considered an expert on all Sullair rotary products and accessories. Must have broad knowledge and experience on competitive rotary products. Installs new products or enhances existing ones; may provide training and best practices for on-site customer personnel. Identifies and troubleshoots all possible malfunctions and conducts or schedules repairs. Prepare detailed service reports to document service visits, issues and troubleshooting actions. Logs and tracks maintenance activities. Work with various departments at Hitachi Global Air Power to address concerns from the field to drive issues to a timely closure. Document service visits and generate reports with action items. Support the Sullair Training Department for customers, distributors, and employees. This position will report directly to the Field Service Manager.

- Performs any needed service on all Sullair rotary products without supervision

Experience

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee second shift operations at our Hodgkins, IL Distribution Center (Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. minimum). This leadership role is responsible for managing all outbound operations, including picking, automation, kitting, order close, audit and inspection, and shipping. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by improving efficiency, accuracy, and safety across outbound processes while ensuring timely and high-quality service to our customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outbound operations, including picking, automation, kitting, order close, audit, inspection, and shipping, as well as replenishment.
- Ensure outbound orders are processed accurately and on time to meet customer expectations
- Supervise, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Monitor workflow and labor utilization to drive efficiency and productivity
- Perform audits and inspections to ensure process compliance and quality standards
- Collaborate with planning, inventory, inbound, and customer service teams
- Promote and enforce safety practices and compliance with company policies
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications and Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, with a focus on outbound operations
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred but not required
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually, reflecting the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final placement within this range will be determined by several factors, including—but not limited to—education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, and overall business needs. In addition to salary, eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid parental leave, and a 401(k) match retirement plan.

The Trade Manager for our Foodservice business at Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. (Yoplait, GoGurt, Oui, Ratio, Mountain High) is the financial engine behind our entire Foodservice commercial operation. This leader is responsible for the overall strategic design, financial modeling, governance, and control of all trade promotional funding and spending across every Foodservice channel of business. This includes managing trade spend for National Broadliners (e.g., Sysco, US Foods), National Chains, Power Regional Distributors, Buying Groups (UniPro), FMCs/GPOs, and all highly regulated channels (WIC, K-12). The primary objective is to maximize the Return on Investment (ROI) of every trade dollar, ensure forecasting accuracy, and instill best-in-class trade compliance and deduction management practices across the sales organization.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Trade Investment Strategy & Planning: Own the annual and quarterly trade budget for the entire Foodservice P&L. Design, model, and recommend optimal trade structures by channel (Broadline, Chain, Regional, FMC, GPO, WIC/K-12) to align with commercial objectives and maximize net revenue.
Trade Governance & Compliance: Establish, document, and enforce company policies for all trade spending. Serve as the gatekeeper for all exceptions, ensuring that programs align with legal requirements, internal controls, and trade reporting standards.
Trade System Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end functionality and data integrity of the Trade Management system. Drive continuous improvement in trade planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
Deduction Management & Leakage Control: Lead the cross-functional effort to minimize unauthorized deductions and trade leakage. Work closely with Finance and Sales to validate, investigate, and resolve all claims from distributors and customers in a timely manner.
Commercial Performance & ROI Analysis: Conduct robust post-contract analysis on major programs and promotions, providing the Vice President of Sales and executive leadership with actionable insights on where to reallocate funds to drive higher ROI and profitable growth.

- At least 3 years of experience in replenishment, buying, or inventory management within an Alcohol related supplier, distributor or retailer with a deep knowledge of beer, wine or spirits and consumer segments.
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory planning with the ability to buy based on distributor lead times, inventory constraints and seasonality of products.
- Proven negotiating experience and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local alcohol regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong vendor relationships.
