The Role: Make an Impact

The Brand Management Intern will work on one of the Brand Strategy teams within our portfolio of iconic yogurt brands. The Waste Water Treatment Plant Tech is responsible for operating a 1.5 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant. It is a waste activated sludge facility with a SBR, Belt Press, Sand Filters, and DAF. Successful candidate will operate, troubleshoot, evaluate equipment problems and perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks as well as execute proper procedures of lab analysis.

From your PASSION to ours

Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, this position's main responsibility is following the ammonia refrigeration operational procedures to safely service and maintain all ammonia refrigeration equipment and components. Assist in maintaining the Process Safety Management (PSM) documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations within the scope of Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA requirements (RMP).


From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Be able to follow ammonia refrigeration operational procedures to safely service and maintain all ammonia refrigeration equipment and components. Assist in maintaining the Process Safety Management (PSM) documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations within the scope of Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA requirements (RMP)
  • Be able to pump out, disassemble, repair, and reassemble all types of refrigeration equipment while adhering to all mandated safety procedures Troubleshoot and repair ammonia compressors.
  • Be able to be responsible for air compressors, boilers, generators, thermal fluid systems, HVAC systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, and water chilling systems and reporting any ammonia leakages. Also perform daily PMs on the equipment and perform boiler tests and condenser treatment tests.
  • Be able to troubleshoot and repair electrical devices such as fuses, motors, motor starters, proximity switches, circuit breakers, receptacles and plugs. Note: PLC experience is a plus.
  • Be able to use electrical equipment such as a volt meter and amp meter to determine electrical malfunctions on fuses, motors, motor starters and switches.
  • Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standards as outlined in the plant's QRMP accountability document, including the implementation, improvement and ongoing maintenance.

  • Understanding of Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration systems
  • Have at least 3 years industrial maintenance experience
  • Have a strong electrical & mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read & interpret blueprints or other forms of engineering drawings
  • Ability to read & interpret detail blueprints, P&IDs, single-lines, ladder logic and wiring schematics
  • Possess an extremely strong personal safety philosophy, able to follow all safety policies & procedures, seek out & correct unsafe conditions

We're looking for a reliable and meticulous Packager to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure the quality and accuracy of our food products by moving them from the filler line to the prep area for distribution. You'll work as part of a collaborative team, and your ability to multitask and prepare shipments properly will be key to your success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking, sorting, and placing materials
  • Preparing shipments
  • Moving products using manual or motorized equipment

This role is temporary - all employees within this role have the opportunity to apply for a Permanent Position after 120 days.


Shift Information

  • Saturday and Sunday - 6 pm to 6 am
  • Min of 1 weekday shift (8 hours)
  • Hourly Wage: $18.50
  • Shift Differential: 10% for hours worked 6 pm to 10 pm. 15% for hours worked 10 pm to 6 am.

The Assistant Manager, Maintenance is responsible for supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the floor maintenance team. This role ensures the safe and effective operation of plant systems, processes, and equipment while promoting a strong safety culture. The Assistant Manager, Maintenance will also collaborate closely with cross-functional support teams to ensure maintenance activities align with the company's goals, values, and operational standards.

Environmental Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree required; major in industrial or mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience within a maintenance function, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing core maintenance services in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Experience utilizing a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach preferred.
  • Exposure to reducing technical downtime (TD), overtime (OT), mean time between failures (MTBF), and work order (WO) completion times.
  • Experience managing actual maintenance costs versus budgeted maintenance costs.
  • Experience developing preventive maintenance (PM) programs and validating effectiveness against technical downtime performance.
  • Proven ability to prioritize maintenance and business needs on a monthly basis to flex spending and achieve operational goals.
  • Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); Infor experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing both hourly and salaried employees to build a proactive, skilled, and adaptable maintenance team.
