We are always looking for Sales People to join our organization. If you have a little sales experience or none at all, you need to work for Roswell Toyota.
We offer full-time employment with competitive pay and benefits to include medical, vision and dental insurance, 401K retirement savings plan, vacation time, holiday and sick leave, company paid continuing education and training. Roswell Toyota has pay plans that are non-commission-based to better serve our customers and our employees. Salespeople with a non-commission-based pay plan will earn a base pay of $27,000 per year and the potential to make between $3000-$7000 per month in bonuses.

* Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
* Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
* Close and follow up on sales transactions
* Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
* Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
* Strong negotiation skills
* Deadline and detail-oriented
* Ability to build rapport with clients
