Location: Greater Lexington/Boston Area, MA (Hybrid 2–3 days onsite/week)

About the role

Join a leading biotechnology company focused on RNA medicines and innovation in human health. The Contract Recruiter will be a key member of the People & Culture team, supporting growth across G&A, CMC, and Research functions by driving full life cycle recruiting and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions across multiple functions.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
• Share market insights and recommend tailored approaches for talent acquisition.
• Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to candidates.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Collaborate with P&C Business Partners to ensure seamless hiring processes.
• Participate in recruiting team initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Recruit efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience; biotech/pharma experience required.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience participating in process improvement initiatives within recruiting functions.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):

• Estimated hourly range: $45–$55/hr (W-2) for ~4 years of experience
• Estimated hourly range: $65–$75/hr (W-2) for 5+ years of experience
