Responsibilities
A Branch & Community Development Manager is responsible for strategic implementation of business development plans to drive branch growth and profitability, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to acquire and retain customers, and developing ongoing partnerships with internal and external business partners.
The person in this position will lead by example in the areas of community involvement, calling efforts, and customer service, including administering the Bank's strategy for achieving the annual goals and objectives relating to Loan Growth, Deposit Growth, Financial Services, Credit Administration and Business Development. As the manager of the branch, this position will maintain oversight to ensure that the branch is in compliance with operating policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Implement business development strategies, including calling efforts to promote the Bank's product & service solutions with emphasis on deposit growth
- Actively participate in the community in a manner that reflects favorably on the Bank; keep the Bank's profile highly visible and professional
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations
- May approve or reject loan applications within individual lending authority
- May oversee a loan portfolio consisting of consumer and/or business customers
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of bank policies, procedures, loan products, pricing and use this knowledge to educate prospects on the advantages of Community Bank

- Discuss individual sales and customer service performance versus objectives with the appropriate supervisor on a frequent basis
- Monitor progress and results throughout the year with the District and Regional Managers ensuring that the branch is performing at a level consistent to achieve established growth, sales and profit objectives
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timelymanner.

Qualifications
Education, Training and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business or equivalent training preferred

Responsibilities
This position supports senior bank and department management to be compliant with bank investor guidelines with portfolio and investor mortgage loans, by conducting loss mitigation functions.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supports CRES management in conducting loss mitigation functions, in order to effectively assist borrows to maximize home retention, and protect bank and investor collateral and interests by, but not limited to:
- Working directly with distressed borrowers to assess their situations and discuss potential loss mitigations options
- Processing and administering loss mitigation plans once appropriate reviews and approvals are provided, which includes but not limited to: reinstatements, forbearances, repayment plans and modifications
Develops, maintains and administers policies and procedures established and guided by the bank, investor, and/or regulatory agencies, to remain in compliance
Collaborates with:
- All CRES staff to ensure borrowers are properly addressed regarding loss mitigation options, inquires, and assistance
- Other departments and branches to improve or develop effective practices, address needs, and expand on opportunities
- Investors as applicable for secondary market accounts
Supports CRES management in determining the best financial and integral course of action for default accounts or miscellaneous mortgage servicing requests
Performs all collection and servicing staff duties as needed

- Design, architect, and implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) and secure access for internal and external applications, platforms, and APIs.
- Lead the implementation of modern identity standards, including OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth 2.0, supporting a variety of use cases such as web applications, mobile applications, B2B integrations, and service-to-service communication.

Pay range $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Formulaic incentive eligible. The Security Officer is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, safety, and security of assets, property, team members, clients, and all visitors at all United Wholesale Mortgage locations.
This Security Officer will use various telecommunications devices to call for assistance from fire fighters, police forces, and emergency medical services. They will provide general emergency care for team members and respond to medical emergencies.
The Security Officer will also interview witnesses or victims to prepare case reports and testify in court if necessary.

Job Requirements:
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
- Minimum experience required: 4 5 years customer service and sales experience, (including in the financial Services industry).
- Requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.
- Life and Health Insurance Licenses (required within the first 90 days in role. Failure to pass exam/or no attempt to take exam will result in removal from LBE program).
- FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) (required within 90 days of passing the Life and Health Insurance exam. Failure to pass exam/or no attempt to take exam will result in removal from LBE program).
- FINRA License Series 6 (required within 90 days of passing Security Industry Essentials exam. Failure to pass exam/or no attempt to take exam will result in removal from LBE program).

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst 3 to lead and enhance our cash operations, banking infrastructure, and liquidity strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal cash flow, minimizing risk, and supporting strategic financial initiatives across the organization.
The Analyst is responsible for a variety of day-to-day activities which may include cash positioning, our commercial paper program, equity contributions and dividend analysis, and bank account management & maintenance. In addition, the Treasury Analyst prepares and updates the cash forecast, may prepare Treasury's journal entries for the monthly & quarterly accounting close process and assists with bi-weekly and monthly reporting for our executives and accounting team. Assist implementing the company's risk management functions in foreign currency hedge programs. This position helps with long-term debt and equity issuances, including fundable property activities for our mortgage, and the reporting required by our regulators. This position could help with ad hoc projects and presentations as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and reconciliation across multiple entities and bank accounts
- Manage and optimize banking relationships, including onboarding and facilitating KYC/legal processes, fee negotiations, and service evaluations
- Lead implementation and enhancement of treasury systems and cash management tools
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support strategic planning
- Assists in implementing the Company's risk management functions in foreign currency hedge programs
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and treasury policies
- Support capital markets activities, including debt issuance, covenant compliance, and interest rate management
- Lead fundable property analysis and record keeping for the mortgage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, tax, and legal teams to align treasury operations
- Provide strategic insights on liquidity, working capital, and investment opportunities
- Supports deliverables for the preparation of company's SEC reporting filings and monthly/quarterly Treasury accounting related activities
- Maintains technical knowledge/skills of established business practices and current trends in cash management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CTP preferred)
- 7+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment
- Strong understanding of cash management systems, banking platforms, and treasury technology
- Proven experience with cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking operations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, treasury workstations (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with SAP preferred
