The Project Manager will participate in the development and construction of multi-family unit projects, and handle the contracting, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of each assigned project. The right candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with the construction of a project from inception to turnover.
What are the responsibilities of the Project Manager?
- Research and identify qualified trades and suppliers to bid on construction projects.
- Review plans for constructability and provide insight on value engineering.
- Write and negotiate contracts with suppliers and trades.
- Perform detailed analyses of bids and create spreadsheets for the Director of Construction to review.
- Write detailed lists for quantities of material usage if needed.
- Work cohesively with the General Superintendent to develop, monitor and publish construction schedules.
- Work directly with Superintendents to help resolve any construction issues on-site.

- Extensive experience in multi-family or hospitality construction is required.

- Land development experience is a plus.
- Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is a plus.
- The ability to work cooperatively with others.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Design

- Translate campaign creative into digital formats that maintain brand integrity across all channels.
- Support paid media creative development, including Meta, Google, Substack, and other performance marketing placements.
- Iterate on creative based on performance insights, testing new layouts, formats, and storytelling approaches.
- Design assets that balance brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes.
Email Marketing
- Own design execution for email marketing, including campaign emails, automated flows, and template updates in collaboration with the CRM team.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize email layouts for engagement and conversion within Klaviyo.
- Assist in designing creative for A/B testing and ongoing performance optimization.
E-commerce Design
- Support website creative needs in partnership with the E-commerce team, including homepage updates, landing pages, collection visuals, and PDP modules.
- Prepare and optimize imagery and assets for Shopify, ensuring consistency in formatting, cropping, and brand presentation.
- Assist with launch readiness for new product drops and seasonal site updates.
Creative Asset Production & Management
- Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring all work aligns with MATE’s visual standards and creative direction.
- Maintain organized creative files and internal asset libraries for team accessibility.
- Participate actively in weekly marketing meetings, maintaining awareness of content usage across channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Skills & Qualifications

- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

As a Buyer/Planner, you will ensure timely material availability and support efficient production flow by your work in managing both purchasing and production schedules at our largest manufacturing plant. You will work cross-functionally with Production, Inventory Control, Sales, and Suppliers to balance supply chain efficiency with cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
This role has a work schedule starting between 6AM-6:30AM, fully onsite due to the cross collaborative nature.
What You'll Do
PRE-PRODUCTION TASKS:
- Work with production supervisors, applications, and CSR's to establish a final assembly schedule that will support our customers' needs and maximize production efficiency.
- Adjust production schedules accordingly based on capacity requirements/changes.
- Track production progress, identify potential delays or issues, and take corrective actions.
- Contact sales representatives on shipment delays.
PRODUCTION TASKS:
- Manage inventory levels utilizing MRP.
- Schedule and expedite the delivery of purchased materials to support future and current production schedule.
- Responsible for executing and supporting the quality system and procedures, rejections related to non-conforming material.
- Create and manage work orders for all manufactured stock parts.
- Resolve shipping and receiving issues to ensure prompt and accurate inventory transactions.
- Communicate errors or process breakdowns in real time and coordinate efforts to resolve issues with appropriate personnel.
- Negotiate, identify, document, cost savings opportunities.
- Develop inventory and planning processes to increase the accuracy of lot sized parts, nonstock programs, SMI programs or other industry practices.
- Identify slow moving or inactive inventory and recommend disposition.
- Process/print documentation related to production as needed, shipping labels, serial labels, pick slips,etc..
- Communicate to suppliers their performance based on quality, warranty, and delivery.
- Maintain JDE item branch data.
What We Look For:
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of MRP and various contemporary planning and scheduling techniques.JD Edwards 9.2 experience strongly preferred.

A Brief Overview:
The Pharmacy Technician I is responsible for assisting the pharmacist in dispensing and filling prescriptions. The Pharmacy Technician duties include, but are not limited to, entering prescriptions in the computer, filing prescriptions, ordering medications and over the counter items, calling third party insurance providers, and aiding the pharmacist in the day-to-day operations. - Prepares, fills and labels medications for final dispensing authorization by the Pharmacists.
- Prepares the unit dose accurately according to the refill list, for Pharmacists final authorization and fill the automated medication station in timely manner.

- Performs various pharmacy-related tasks to help maintain pharmacy efficiency and organization.
