PKB is hiring a Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator to support the Catholic chapel . Warren Air Force Base. This part-time 1099 contract position (25 hours per week) allows you to lead faith formation programs while building experience in leadership, volunteer coordination, and program management.
You will work closely with chapel leadership and volunteers to help children, and adults grow in their Catholic faith.
The Role
You will guide the Catholic Religious Education program and help keep it organized, welcoming, and engaging for military families.
This role gives you the opportunity to develop leadership experience while coordinating classes, supporting volunteers, and planning community activities. You will see the direct impact of your work as families stay connected and students grow in their faith.
The schedule includes 25 hours per week, with a mix of scheduled classes, meetings, and flexible planning time.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will build valuable leadership and coordination experience while supporting the chapel community.
You will:
- Coordinate religious education classes and activities and adults receive structured and meaningful faith instruction
- Support and guide volunteer catechists, helping them succeed while strengthening your volunteer leadership skills
- Track enrollment and attendance, keeping programs organized and families engaged
- Plan events and seasonal activities, creating opportunities for the Catholic community to connect
- Work closely with chapel leadership, gaining experience collaborating with ministry teams
- Share program updates and announcements, helping families stay informed and involved
- Organize classrooms, schedules, and materials, developing strong program management skills

JOB SUMMARY
The Counselor provides clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis interventions, individual, family and group therapy and case management. Develops and monitors treatment plans, monitors treatment progress, documents significant interactions, and maintains clinical charts and other reporting data. Must be licensed or provisionally licensed and requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for behavioral health clients.
- Provides clinically appropriate therapy, utilizing best practices whenever possible.
- Is actively engaged in the department, solves problems, participates in strategic planning, and contributes positively to workplace moral.
- As assigned by manager and location participates in on call crisis rotation after hours and assists with walk-in crises during business hours.
- Works positively and collaboratively with courts, law enforcement, physicians, hospital staff, Department of Family Services, Probation Offices, Campbell County School District and other community agencies as applicable.
- Maintains clinical documentation in a manner as required by department policy, the Standards for the Operation of Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Programs, and the Medicaid Policies and Procedures Manual, and in accordance, as applicable with SAMHSA TIPS and TAPS.
- Maintains competence in multicultural issues and demonstrates respect and understanding for people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Adheres to established policies and procedures for Behavioral Health services, Kid Clinic and Campbell County Memorial Hospital.
- Actively engages in departmental quality assurance and utilization management activities and processes to include monthly chart reviews.
- Provides community-based psychotherapy to individuals, groups and families as applicable.
- Maintains professional licensure through required educational and training experiences.
- Participates in activities to promote mental health and/or the prevention of substance abuse.

You could be assigned to squadrons at Naval Air Stations and may deploy aboard aircraft carriers, surface combat ships and support ships.
Training & Advancement
Aviation Rescue Swimmers must be prepared to operate in any challenging environment. It's why two years of training in advanced swimming and lifesaving techniques, helicopter mission equipment and helicopter weapons systems are required before you report to your first squadron. Throughout training, candidates are continually tested mentally and physically as they advance to more rigorous and challenging scenarios.
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), those pursuing an Aircrewman role undergo the following training pipeline:
Aviation Rescue Swimmer School Prep Course (2 weeks) in Pensacola, FL.
Aircrew Candidate School (4 weeks) in Pensacola, FL, to learn Naval Aviation fundamentals, intermediate water survival, aviation physiology and advanced water survival.
Rescue Swimmer School (6 weeks) in Pensacola, FL, to learn search and rescue techniques.
Class "A" Technical School (8-14 weeks) in Pensacola, FL, learning one of the Aircrew Ratings (AWF, AWO, AWS, AWR, AWV).

7. Assures the efficient operation of workflow of the department. Monitors and maintains an adequate inventory of supplies and material to ensure non-interruption of services.
8. Independently performs prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with department/facility policies, procedures and protocols to patients. Internal customers: All levels of medical imaging and nursing management and staff, medical staff, and all other members of the interdisciplinary health care team. External Customers: regulatory and health agencies, patients and family members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Recent graduate or less than 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP) or equivalent experience, working routine diagnostics and basic interventions. Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program. Requires ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (RT) as required by state law. Licensure and/or certification(s) as required by state regulatory agency, if applicable.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required where applicable. Basic knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology. Basic understanding of Cath Lab procedures and protocols.
Must demonstrate effective communication skills, human relations skills, ability to analyze data and solve problems.

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delegates care activities, advocates for patients and families, and supports improvement initiatives across the continuum of care. The Registered Nurse practices within the standards of the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act, the American Nurses Association, and the National Patient Safety Goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately and timely.
Uses the nursing process to deliver personalized, age-appropriate care—addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Implements and evaluates care interventions, ensuring collaboration and appropriate delegation among the care team.
Partners with providers and other team members to coordinate care and achieve positive outcomes.
Educates patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care to promote long-term wellness.
Builds trusting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and compassionate support.
Demonstrates strong critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced clinic setting.
Pursues ongoing professional development and maintains the highest standards of clinical practice.
Practices accountability and fiscal responsibility in all aspects of patient care.
Maintains a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment that reflects pride in our work and care for our patients.
Willingly assists in other clinic locations when needed to support team coverage and patient care continuity.
Upholds the organization’s Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure
Current, unrestricted Wyoming Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience
Prior experience in an ambulatory or clinic setting preferred.
