The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing a caseload involving complex legal issues surrounding emerging technology, AI, data privacy and misuse, as well as other complex consumer class actions. Candidates must possess excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, persuasive, and well-structured briefs, motions, and memoranda that require minimal editing, as well as the ability to independently take depositions, present oral arguments, and argue motions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling key dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions for class certification, and the ability to independently manage major phases of class action litigation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Evaluating new cases; preparing and reviewing case proposals

The Pharmacy Technician performs department administrative functions that do not require the Pharmacy Managers judgment. - Interacts with Plan’s contracted PBM in regard to Prior Authorizations, Overrides and in resolving issues pertaining to member’s medications.

Project Manager Qualifications/Skills
- Ability to confidently apply fundamentals of the means and methods of construction management to projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management and accounting software such as Procore or Computer Ease, and scheduling software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Diligent attention to detail and astute management of budgets and schedules.
- Thorough understanding of a project's processes and how each phase supports its completion.
- Capacity to manage budgets, maximize profitability, and generate new and future business through sincere relationship-building.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or significant work experience for a general contracting firm required.

We’re hiring a Senior Admissions Advisor with prior admissions committee experience at a nationally recognized or highly selective institution.
This is a part-time, remote role (evening availability preferred), with potential to expand over time.

What You’ll Do
• Lead initial strategy consultations with prospective families.
• Conduct brief follow-up clarification calls before contract decisions.
• Provide final “adcom-style” reviews of senior applications.
• Serve as a senior escalation and quality resource when needed.
You will not manage scheduling, contracts, or administrative follow-up — operations handles that.
