Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." What you will do in this role:
- Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
- Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, performs the primary function of an RN in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in the Advanced Wound Center.
- Is responsible for meeting the established Center Standards of Nursing Practice in the management of all assigned patients.
- Assists physicians with the development and implementation of wound treatment plans and participates in performance improvement review activities.
- Acts within the guidelines of federal and state laws, JCAHO Standards and professional and ethical practice.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 2 8-hr/shifts.
What qualifications you will need:
- Registered Nurse, graduate from an approved School of Nursing
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
- BLS required.

Under the supervision of the Community Development Director, the Building Official is an exempt position under FLSA. This employee is responsible for the overall guidance, direction and management of the City's building code function which includes overseeing and enforcing city codes by inspecting buildings, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems of construction projects and existing structures within the City of Spring Hill. In addition, this employee coordinates and oversees the activities and operations related to plan review, issuance of building permits, building construction inspection services and coordination of assigned activities. Section II: Essential Duties of the Job.
- Oversee building code compliance, managing inspections and ensuring safety standards in construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local building codes and regulations including reviewing plans, issuing permits and conducting inspections.
- Analyze architectural plans and specifications to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Perform field inspections on industrial, commercial and residential buildings.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or a related field required. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Master's degree in construction or related field preferred. Valid driver's license required.
- ICC certification for Commercial Building Inspector and Plans Examiner required.
- Must obtain ICC Combination Plans, Fire Plans Review and Inspection certification within 1 year of hire.
- Must obtain ICC Certified Floodplain Manager certification within 1 year of hire.
- Specialized ICC certifications such as plumbing and/or electrical desired.
- Certified Building Official (CBO) or Master Code Professional (MCP) preferred.
Five years of similar or related experience required. Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
Section V: Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
A thorough knowledge of building inspections, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, federal, state and local building regulations and codes is required. This employee must be able to operate computers, department vehicles, electrical testing equipment, copiers, and other office equipment. The ability to interpret building codes and regulations, to prepare reports, to understand and anticipate problems, and to understand written instructions, reports, proposals, specifications, blueprints, schematics, and code books is required. The ability to handle stress effectively, organize, set priorities and exercise independent judgement. Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel that are within the job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and the competence level of the delegate. Provides adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. The Professional Nursing Practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Position Purpose:
Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!
Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
