What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using SO99+
• Manage forecast exceptions and overrides to enhance accuracy and responsiveness
• Create forecasts for new parts by incorporating historical analogs and market intelligence
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align demand forecasts with business objectives
• Oversee part lifecycle management, including phase-in/phase-out strategies
• Conduct obsolescence and excess inventory analysis to minimize waste and cost
• Support warehouse balancing through analysis of regional demand and inventory levels
• Continuously refine forecasting models and planning processes
• Monitor forecast accuracy and key KPIs, providing insights to supply chain, sales, and finance
• Prepare and deliver regular reports for key stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field
• 2–4 years of demand planning experience (SO99+ experience strongly preferred)

What You’ll Do:

Design & Creative Production

Social Media + Content Creation

• Design and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Plan, shoot, and edit original photo and video content, including product launches and campaign assets.
• Keep track of race results for timely social posting.
• Travel to races and photoshoots to capture real-time, on-brand content.

Collaboration

• Work closely with external photographers and videographers to coordinate content needs.

• Present creative concepts during weekly design review meetings and clearly articulate design rationale.

Video Skills

• Use Adobe Premiere or After Effects to edit short-form video using pre-existing templates.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience.

Your New Role:

Coordinate manufacturing needs with engineering solutions. Develop guidelines for manufacturing for new materials and find improvements in machine design and material handling for increased profitability of current materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Identify potential opportunities for improvement in methods of extrusion

· Document and standardize each improvement in terms of efficiency and quality

· Train personnel, from management to lead positions in improved process methods

· Help in the investigation of customer complaints that involve the process as necessary

· Furnish weekly reports documenting the type and amount of improvements that took place

· Specify process requirements relative to new equipment or machine redesign as a function of the engineering department effort

· Aid in troubleshooting production problems

· Provide the VP of Manufacturing with prioritized project lists with schedules and cost estimates included

· Coordinate the rework schedules and files for all dies, screws, barrels, and rolls

· Set production volume targets for all materials, monitor actual machine outputs and make suggestions to management for improved rates and/or efficiencies toward the goal of increased profitability

· Submit weekly reports each Friday summarizing activities, problems, and pertinent information

· Responsible for understanding the food safety hazards of their job and following the employee GMPs and other procedures to ensure food safety

· Other duties as assigned

Monday-Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm - must have flexibility to provide support to a 24/7 facility.

Manager of Regional Pharmacy - WI

The Manager of Regional Pharmacy directs all functions of the Pharmacy Operations for the assigned sites(s) in a collaborative fashion while overseeing the financial, operation and quality components of those pharmacy sites. Assists the director with development and implementation of policies and procedures, QA, and performance standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a PharmD degree
• Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY2 pharmacy residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent work experience.
