We sell across Amazon, Walmart, Target, our DTC channels, and international markets—and we're expanding operations from 110,000 to 220,000+ square feet. We're making significant investments in our supply chain and logistics team right now, growing from five to six team members.

The Role
We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our collaborative five-person (expanding to six) supply chain and logistics team. You'll work alongside experienced supply chain professionals, sharing responsibilities and learning the full scope of international e-commerce operations.
This is a team-based role—you won't be doing this alone. We cross-train, support each other when someone's out, and tackle projects collaboratively. Some days you'll focus on your core responsibilities, other days you'll jump in on sourcing projects or warehouse tracking initiatives. That's the nature of working in a small, agile company where flexibility and teamwork matter.
What You'll Work On (As Part of the Team)
Supply Chain Operations
- Support tracking of inbound containers from overseas vendors (China, India, Pakistan, Turkey)
- Assist with container optimization and shipment coordination
- Work with the team on buy decisions and inventory planning
- Help coordinate with overseas vendors on timing and logistics
- Contribute to forecasting and inventory level management across all channels
Data & Analytics
- Build and maintain Excel-based tracking systems for orders, containers, and SKUs
- Create reports and dashboards for inventory movement and supply chain performance
- Analyze data across multiple systems to identify trends and discrepancies
- Support the team with data analysis using VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and complex formulas
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with warehouse operations on container flow and receiving schedules
- Partner with Buyers, Supply Analyst, and operations teams daily
- Coordinate with 3PL partners on logistics and inventory placement
- Jump in on ad-hoc projects—sourcing initiatives, system improvements, warehouse tracking

What You Need
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Job Summary
The Inventory & Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading evening warehouse operations with primary accountability for inventory movement, slotting, and organization during the transition into a new facility, while also ensuring efficient ecommerce and wholesale order fulfillment across all channels.
This role plays a critical part in establishing accurate inventory locations, maintaining system integrity, and supporting the operational ramp-up of the facility. The supervisor will oversee the movement and consolidation of inventory, coordinate labor across inbound and outbound workflows, and ensure that nightly fulfillment operations meet productivity, accuracy, and service level expectations.
The supervisor leads warehouse associates, monitors operational KPIs, and drives disciplined processes that support inventory accuracy, operational stability, and scalable omnichannel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Movement & Facility Organization
Lead nightly inventory movement activities supporting the transition and organization of the new warehouse facility
Coordinate product relocation, consolidation, and slotting into new rack locations
Ensure accurate location assignments and inventory transactions within the WMS/ERP system
Oversee pallet movements, inventory transfers, and rack placement to support efficient warehouse flow
Partner with receiving and operations teams to stage and integrate inbound inventory into the facility

We are looking for a motivated Merchandiser to join the Footwear ecommerce/DTC team to support and drive our aggressive growth goals. In this role, you will position and bring to life the seasonal product lines for the channel, with alignment on our business objectives. Sportsman’s Warehouse is seeking a highly organized, self-directed Marketing Specialist to support our Integrated Marketing team. This role partners closely with the Marketing Director and Manager, Trade Marketing to bring omnichannel campaigns and promotions to life across stores, e-commerce, digital, and vendor-funded programs.

The Buyer is an elevated omnichannel merchandising leader responsible for owning and driving the end-to-end performance of 1–2 departments across all channels. This role combines strong commercial ownership with trend leadership, product innovation, and strategic vendor partnership. The Buyer develops and executes category strategies that deliver compelling assortments, differentiated product, and a steady flow of newness at the right price and right time to meet evolving customer expectations.

The Buyer leads product, price, promotion, and placement decisions; partners closely across cross-functional teams; and regularly represents the category in executive product style-outs and walks with the Chief Product & Customer Officer and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Category Ownership & Strategy
- Own the omnichannel category strategy and performance for 1–2 departments, aligned to DMM vision and company goals.
- Develop and execute seasonal and annual category plans that drive sales, margin, market share, and customer relevance.
- Translate trends, insights, and customer behavior into actionable assortment strategies.
- Lead product architecture across good/better/best, price tiers, and use-case segmentation.
- Deliver a consistent flow of innovation and product newness tied to trends, white space, and customer needs.
Product, Assortment & Trend Leadership
- Lead end-to-end assortment decisions across channels (store + digital).

What You'll Do:
As an associate you will be working within one of several teams:
* Receiving: This team accepts our customers' new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. The responsibility of communicating the arrivals and any exceptions are receiving owned as well.
* Picking: Spread across two different processes our picking team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately. An integral team in the warehouse, pickers and their peers keep the flow of customers products moving and keep the warehouse humming.
* Packing: The final touches before a customer receives their products, the packing team is responsible for ensuring the quality of each and every shipment as well as packing the items correctly. The packing team works together with picking to guarantee that shipments are fulfilled perfectly and owns all responsibility around those shipments.
* Other Duties as Required: We are a team which means you will be asked to help out in other areas out of your normal day to day responsibilities to ensure the operations are running efficiently.
What You'll Bring To The Table:
* Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time
