We seek talented, enthusiastic, and customer focused individuals to join our Lebanon Distribution Center as a Box Truck Driver on 2nd Shift. This person would work Sunday-Thursday, with a start time of 4:00pm. This is a home everyday position with light overtime each week.

The Delivery Driver will increase operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely delivering materials to branches, customers and worksites.

  • Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to deliver products to branches, customers, work sites etc.
  • Secure truck contents for transport
  • Unload products for customers
  • Operate electronic devices (Eclipse software, GPS, electronic signature capture device, smart phone etc.) to perform daily work
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers professionally and enthusiastically
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safety of yourself and others on the road
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Report any vehicle maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
  • Willing to work some overtime when needed

Required for success:

  • Valid Class C License, Real-ID will be required in 2025, with at least three years of driving experience
  • DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain
  • Two years box truck driving experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to use Eclipse software and related electronic devices
  • Physically able to lift, carry, move etc. products up to 75 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally
  • Ability to communicate successfully with leads, supervisors, coworkers and customers as required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be detail-oriented
