Purpose: The Health and Wellness Director provides leadership and oversight for resident care services, ensuring safe, high-quality care in alignment with state regulations, recognized nursing standards, and our community’s core values. What You'll Do

As a Segment Campaign Manager your key area of responsibility will be developing and executing end-to-end segment marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring strategies to market, optimizing lead flow into the pipeline, analyzing campaign performance for ROI, managing various marketing program executions, delivering targeted ABM and Always On initiatives, and becoming a segment expert to inform messaging. 5-8 years of experience in B2B Saas marketing campaign strategy development and execution with measurable outcomes and data-driven analytical approach to decision-making. Previous experience in the Commercial Transportation Field Services segment including Consumer Services, Speciality Trade Contractors, Property Maintenance, Professional & Environmental Services, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Media & Entertainment, Hospitality & Leisure, Finance, Insurance & Real Estate or comparable sub-segments is highly preferred. Previous industry experience in telematics, connected transportation solutions, B2B IT or software industry marketing, or comparable experience is a strong asset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead, influence, and collaborate across all organizational levels. Strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives. Training:

As an Outside Plant Construction Technician, you will have the opportunity to obtain a Class A CDL through our in-house training program. You will attend safety training at one of our new facilities where you will also be trained on Pole Climbing and Bucket Trucks. On-the-job training includes exposure to various construction equipment including Directional Drill Rigs, Mini Excavators, Trenchers, and Locators. Fiber optic training includes Fusion Splicing, Fault Detection, and exposure to OTDRs and other advanced testing equipment.

The duration of training varies based on the team assignment. Training for underground teams is 3 weeks, with an additional 1 week required for aerial training. Depending on factors such as market needs, prior skills, and team size, some individuals may only complete underground training, while others may undergo the full 4-week program, including aerial training.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and remain eligible for DOT requirements.

  • Upon hire, must successfully pass all components of the Safety Training course curriculum.
