Job Summary:
Position will primarily support the program administrators by preparing, facilitating, recording, and compiling meeting minutes for the HUD Capacity Building Grant Coalition.
Additional duties may include assisting with scheduling, follow-up communications, and organizing related documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
1 . Three years' experience in health or human services work such as applying theories, principles, laws and practices of health or human services programs and services that assist with and improve life for individuals, families, or communities such as financial support, employment, unemployment, housing, health care, disease preventlon, substance abuse, child protective services.
2. Six months experience in health or human services program administration such as overseeing and directing the development, implementation and evaluation of health or human services programs and services; planning and establishing short- and long-range program goals and objectives. 4. Six months experience in interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.

- Extensive experience as a general mechanic, with additional skills in welding and hydraulics.

Education and Experience:

- While it is not a requirement that the FSM pass the AWSD14 Welding Test, the incumbent is required to pass the tacker test. The FSM is encouraged to practice and improve welding skills to pass the AWSD14 Welding Test to be considered for future promotions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS You must be 16 years of age or older for in store work. You must be 18 years of age or older for Delivery work. General job duties for all store team members Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training Orientation and training provided on the job. Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
