The Senior MPG Solutions Analyst is a high impact role that is responsible for advancing Participating Financial Institution (PFI) partnership facilitation with advanced operational expertise. It also ensures PFIs have the guidance, resources, and appropriate support needed for successful mortgage program participation.Accountabilities:

- Use deep understanding of mortgage lifecycle processes to support PFIs, fostering strong relationships through clear communication, consultation and responsive partnership.

Job summary
The Business Banking Specialist maintains a high level of expertise in the products and services designed for business & non-profit clients. This position has knowledge of multiple financial services, including cash management, and services new and existing customers in a manner consistent with the sales, service, and operational goals of the bank. The Business Banking Specialist support the commercial banking team by preparing commercial loan documents, loan closings, and providing superior customer service.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares and processes commercial loan documents for Commercial Bankers in preparation for loan closing and forwards file to the Loan Operations Department.
- Performs special projects as assigned such as business development reports, loan status reports, loan quality control reports/monitoring, and/or risk based capital reports.
- Preparation of various documents including subordination agreements, modification agreements, extension agreements and deeds of reconveyance.
- Answers customer inquiries regarding balances, payoffs, collateral, etc. Maintains thorough working knowledge of the products and services, including cash management designed for business & non-profit clients, bank/branch goals, policies, and operating procedures, as well as all current promotions.
- Originates consumer and small business loans for business clients. Processes advances on loans and manages loan activity.
- Interviews clients and sets up products and services specifically designed to meet the needs of the business and non-profit customers. Calls on existing customers to develop new and/or additional business and to protect and strengthen existing profitable customer relationships. Opens commercial, non-profit and personal deposit accounts, to include preparing signature cards, corporate resolutions and account documentation.
- Review daily overdraft report and work with Lender to decision whether to pay or decline check.
- Achieve compliance certification and use knowledge of compliance/CRA regulations in day-to-day activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education
- 2+ years in banking experience, preferably commercial lending, lending administration or as a Personal Banker.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Possess knowledge of lending and bank operations.
- Ability to communicate both oral and written in a courteous and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to compare data from two sources and locate discrepancies.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
The expected starting range for this role is $23.00-$40.38 per hour. Compensation decisions will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and education, which may determine where within the range the starting pay will fall.

Position Summary:
The Health & Wellness Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of residents within the community, ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and high-quality care delivery.
This role is eligible for a 10% annual performance-based bonus, aligned with individual and community performance goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensures that community follows all federal, state, local laws and regulations as it pertains to clinical care.
- Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting occurrence trends, and if necessary, develop/implement improvement plans.
- Partners with Administrator and other team members to analyze and maintain all resident and team member health safety.
- Partners with pharmacy consultant to provide optimal pharmaceutical services to residents.
- Responsible for clinical expertise of licensed nurses.
- Assists with educational presentations as assigned by administrator.
- Identifies ongoing needs and services of residents through the assessment/ Service Plan process including documentation for residents with a change in health care status.
- Responsible for overseeing the completion of the monthly updates and reporting any pertinent changes to the responsible party.
- Partners with other department coordinators to identify, review, and discuss potential change in service/medication levels if applicable.
- Ensures the resident's service plan is updated as indicated by state regulations.
- Participates in community awareness activities and community relations.
- Maintains communications with resident's family and/or responsible party regarding changes in care or health concerns.
- Informs the Business Office of fee changes related to care needs, if applicable.
- Schedules clinical staff on a monthly basis.
- Ensures adequate clinical supplies are available.
- Participates in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Provides supervision to LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants and others as assigned to assure delivery of consistently high quality care to residents. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
