Mobile Engineering – JLL
What this job involves: This position focuses on the hands-on performance of ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders across multiple facility locations. You will maintain, operate, and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure components. This mobile role requires you to travel between assigned buildings, conduct facility inspections, respond to emergencies, and ensure all systems operate efficiently to support client occupancy and satisfaction across JLL's building portfolio.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds.
• Conduct assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations.
• Respond effectively to all emergencies and after-hours building activities as required.
• Prepare and submit summary reports to management listing conditions found during assigned work and recommend corrective actions.
• Study and maintain familiarity with building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other building-related equipment.

Required Qualifications:
• Valid state driver's license and Universal CFC Certification.
• Minimum four years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with strong background in packaged and split HVAC units, plumbing, and electrical systems.

VIP Concierge for Firefighters
Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician
Client is a Private concierge medical practice. They provide primary and urgent care for firefighters, retirees and their families. They are a full service facility with x-ray, CT, ultrasound, lab and pharmacy on site.
They currently have 2 physicians, 3 PAs, 2 NPs and 2 RNs on staff along with another 20 various support staff.
They have a patient population in excess of 5000 with a daily patient load of 80-100 walking through the door.
They are looking to hire 1 full time primary care physician who also has pediatric experience.
They are seeking highly motivated people who will enjoy providing complete medical care to their patient population while at that same time developing a very close patient physician relationship.
Hourly rate is about $95 per hour with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Benefits include pension, health, life, dental and vision insurance. Plus 10 paid holidays, generous PTO, educational allowance and cell phone allowance. In general the hours are 8-4:30PM Monday to Friday but there will be some Saturdays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end procurement of direct and indirect materials including raw materials, components, and MRO supplies
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive measurable cost reductions year-over-year
- Conduct competitive bidding, RFQs, and supplier negotiations to secure best-in-class pricing and terms
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers in alignment with quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability objectives
Inventory Optimization
- Analyze demand patterns and lead times to establish and maintain optimal safety stock and reorder points

- Proven track record of inventory optimization, including reductions in excess inventory, improved turns, or safety stock rationalization

- Experience in fire protection, safety equipment, or other regulated manufacturing industries
- Background in lean manufacturing or supply chain continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience managing multi-site or global supply chains

Within your first year, you will have established trusted supplier relationships, identified and begun executing a pipeline of cost savings opportunities, and implemented inventory controls that measurably improve turns and reduce excess stock. You will be a go-to resource for supply chain decision-making across the organization and a visible contributor to Buckeye's operational performance.

Team Member:
Join Jack's team as a Team Member where you will provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will have the opportunity to greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru window, work on the cash register, prepare and store food and beverages, maintain the appearance of the dining room and exterior of the restaurant, and provide an overall great guest experience. You will be responsible for ensuring timeliness, quality and accuracy of all orders.
