1.\tEnsures visitors (Non - Lactalis employees & Government employees) going into the plant for a tour fill out confidentiality forms, have an approved tour form filed out ahead of time and are added to the visitor entry log.
2.\tGreets employees/visitors and reaches out to the appropriate contact.
3.\tPicks up, drops off and distributes mail on a daily basis.
4.\tGenerates a birthday/anniversary list on a monthly basis and distributes birthday cards.
5.\tResponsible for ordering all office supplies while working with a monthly budget.
6.\tWorks with the HR team in regard to employee events.
7.\tOrders and maintains all aspects of employee uniforms working with the uniform company, including balancing invoices.
8.\tCollects temp hours, sends them to the proper agency and balances weekly invoice.
9.\tEnsure the coffee room is clean and fully stocked, ordering products as needed.
10.\tKeeps the foyer clean and presentable.
11.\tGather all PPE for visitors or tours and keep supplies stocked.
12.\tMakes binders for new hire orientation as needed.
13.\tConducts orientation for new hires.
14.\tDraft and send out new hire announcements/promotions.
15.\tBook travel arrangements as needed through Concur system.
16.\tOrders boots/shoes/uniforms for all employees and distributes to appropriate department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Focuses on production, quality and people. Identifies, investigates and works to solve problems that arise. Works closely with department employees and reports any issues to Ricotta Packaging Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1.\tAssists operators in set up and start of packaging.2.\tInsures performance of quality control checks. 3.\tVerifies code information on all cups, boxes, packages and pallet labels.4.\tCompletes and maintains appropriate paperwork/reports.5.\tVerifies operator logs each hour with signature.6.\tPerforms seal checks on each line each half-hour.7.\tTours entire room on a half-hour basis. 8.\tMonitors product giveaway at check weighers and address any issues with the machine operator.9.\tAssures that proper product sampling is complete and taken to the laboratory in a timely manner. 10.\tReviews metal detection logs, addresses any issues that arise. 11.\tChecks cooling spiral temperatures, spiral speeds, and before and after cooling temperatures.12.\tEnsures sufficient manpower is scheduled for next day's activities. Makes adjustments if necessary.13.\tEnsure that there are sufficient supplies (hoods, arm sleeves, and gloves) for the day.14.\tMaintains employee records including attendance, and write-ups as needed. 15.\tMaintains an open line of communication with all employees in Ricotta Packaging department.16.\tIdentifies, investigates and works to solve any problems that arise in the department.

Summary:
Responsible for the proper maintenance and sanitization of all silos, milk lines, cream lines, blend lines, whey lines, separators and cream tanks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Manually disassembles and cleans samplers, activators and valves.
- Checks and replaces worn gaskets and o-rings.
- Replaces QMI samplers when needed, not less than once per week.
- Ensures silo's are inspected and initialed before reassembling. Check titrations document.
- Empties and washes silos every 72 hours.
- Cleans whey separators with a wash daily.
- Assures whey and cream samples are at the laboratory as scheduled every two hours.
- Cleans all milk, cream, whey, and blend lines at the end of each day.
- Checks with Supervisor for silo rotation for pasteurization.
- Maintains tank room ensuring cleanliness. Hoses rolled up, sanitizes pipes and ports capped.

1. Produces high quality products in a consistent manner.
2. Ensure proper volumes of each raw material are entered into the kettles/processors.
3. Ensures proper pH is achieved in all kettles/processors.
4. Appropriately monitors and controls drain speeds.
5. Ensures proper moistures have been reached by checking moisture of every lot prior to sending it to packaging.
6. Maintains all proper documentation including recording charts, cheese-making log sheets, etc.
7. Inform supervisor of any production issues.
8. Ensures proper sampling of raw material, preblend, and whey.
9. Cleans and sanitizes equipment and lines.
10. Ensures homogenizers are at proper pressures.
11. Documents mass meter numbers where necessary.
12. Maintains a clean and sanitary work area.
13. Is aware of and practices Plant's Good Manufacturing
14. Practices (GMP) as well as Good Sanitation Practices (GSP).
15. Upholds all rules pertaining to confidentiality of information regarding Sorrento products and recipes

The Role: Make an Impact
The Graduate Sustainability Intern will help implement Lactalis US Yogurt's (LUSY) sustainable agriculture strategy to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in alignment with science-based targets. This role will focus on measuring farm-level carbon footprints and supporting the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices that increase soil carbon sequestration and reduce emissions from enteric fermentation, manure management, feed production, and energy use. This will include collecting and analyzing data, engaging with farmers, and contributing to outreach and research efforts. This role will also offer valuable experience in sustainable agriculture and data management across LUSY and Stonyfield Organic's diverse milk supply. The Graduate Sustainability Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Corporate Social Responsibility, Purchasing, Marketing and others to implement sustainability initiatives and will report to the Senior Manager, Sustainable Agriculture.

- Create summary & individualized result farm carbon footprinting reports for farmer facing audience.
- Support Stonyfield direct supply farms with adoption of climate smart agricultural practices across one or more strategic areas of action. This could also include conducting soil sampling to help expand the baseline data on soil carbon levels for Stonyfield direct supply farms.
- Lead projects on nature, water or workforce development, for the full Lactalis US Yogurt milk supply. This includes organic, conventional, and non-GMO milk sourced for Brown Cow, Siggi's, Green Mountain.
- Conduct literature reviews and outreach to researchers on relevant topics including efficacy of biochar, agroforestry, and feed additives to reduce enteric fermentation as pathways for reducing organic dairy farm GHG emissions.

Sheet Metal Fabrication Workflow Specialist
Starting Hourly: $25/hr (based on experience)
The CAMduct Processor is responsible for converting ductwork designs and online duct orders into accurate, fabrication-ready jobs using Autodesk Fabrication CAMduct. This role processes work from Revit fabrication models and WebDuct/ecommerce systems, applies Comfort Systems USA Southeast fabrication standards, and prepares jobs for production equipment including plasma, coil line, and forming. It also includes reviewing shop drawings to ensure accuracy prior to fabrication.
This is an advanced-level role requiring independent processing, sound decision-making, and proactive problem resolution. The ideal candidate must be very thorough when working on the shop floor and must know how to accurately draw fittings.
Role Focus
Advanced role responsible for independent processing, workflow coordination, decision-making, and fabrication problem resolution
Key Responsibilities
- Process ductwork from Revit models into CAMduct
- Process WebDuct / online orders into CAMduct jobs
- Accurately draw fittings for fabrication
- Apply predefined fabrication standards (connectors, seams, gauges, oversize rules)
- Prepare developed patterns for shop use
- Verify quantities, dimensions, and constructability
- Communicate errors, discrepancies, or missing information
- Maintain clean job organization and labeling
- Apply and modify seams, oversize rules, and reinforcement strategies
- Resolve conflicts prior to shop release
- Coordinate with detailing, engineering, and fabrication teams
- Maintain CAMduct standards and assist in mentoring junior staff
Requirements
- 4+ years of related experience
- Strong sheet metal fabrication background
- Proven production CAMduct experience

- Field installation experience (a plus)
