Responsibilities:
- Support content ideation, creation, and execution across social platforms, with a focus on short-form video and real-time trends
- Assist in maintaining and updating the monthly social media content calendar
- Help schedule and publish posts across platforms including TikTok and Instagram (feed, stories, broadcast) in support of campaigns and product launches
- Monitor emerging social trends, formats, filters, conversations, and platforms-particularly within the beauty space-and share insights with the team
- Source, request, organize, and track user-generated content (UGC) aligned with monthly product and campaign priorities
- Coordinate UGC outreach, including creator communication and follow-ups
- Support influencer, community, and product gifting initiatives, including product send-outs
- Assist with planning and execution of monthly social media giveaways
- Flag recurring community questions, feedback, and insights to help inform future content and strategy
- Assist with social performance reporting and general social media planning support as needed
- Must be available for the full internship period: June 17th - August 21st
- Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a similarly creative field
- Based in Los Angeles with availability for a hybrid schedule, including at least three days in person per week
- Skilled at creating engaging content across social platforms
- Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and current beauty and pop culture trends
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for learning and collaboration
- Prior social media or content experience (personal or brand) is a plus
- This summer, the Social Media e.l.f.tern will support high-volume social execution during a key period for product launches and campaign moments. The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. In this role, you'll support content creation, scheduling, and user-generated content (UGC) sourcing that helps bring the e.l.f. brand to life across our social channels. The Art Director is responsible for concepting the visual direction and execution of 360Β° creative for e.l.f. SKIN and Well People, ensuring brand consistency, elevated design, and strong storytelling across all visual touchpoints. This role bridges concept and executionβreporting into the Senior Creative Director and partnering with designers, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life that is relevant, digitally optimized, and business-driven.
The Art Director will oversee design quality across multiple projects while mentoring designers and contributing hands-on creative execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the art direction and design execution for e.l.f. SKIN and Well People across 360Β° channels including email, paid media, social, , retailer eComm, and site enhancements.

The Community Manager will connect with our fans on Social and is responsible for answering customer questions, helping educate across our skin assortment and celebrating their skin journey. This role will manage Social inbounds, lead proactive engagement opportunities, track feedback and identify ways to celebrate our customers both on and offline, laddering up to the broader Community strategy. The Community Manager is responsible for communications across brand owned Social, earned coverage and overarching Skin conversations. This role will play a key role in increasing e.l.f.'s social media presence and gaining visibility for the brand among beauty lovers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor community inbounds across all Social platforms, responding to fan queries, consumer/creator content and industry trends
- Conduct positive and proactive outreach to aid in brand awareness and foster brand love
- Escalate consumer inbounds to key channel leads
- Identify and draft new macros based on inbound volume and trend
- Actively engage with our audience on social media by liking, commenting and responding to messages
- Be agile, open and have a 'rapid response' approach to our online customers
- Communicate with the customer service team on product orders and promotions
- Be curious to identify NEW content trends, opportunities and trends to social channels
- Pull weekly and monthly community insights and metrics for cross-functional tracking and reporting
- Provide weekly updates on trending conversations, comments and complaints happening on our social channels (or competitor channels)
- This position does include some routine responsibilities; the right candidate will be nimble and adaptive
- Dedicated experience in consumer communication across social (primarily Instagram and TikTok but could also include Youtube, Pinterest, + Twitch)
- Must have a strong interest in social media marketing and be an excellent written communicator with strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media emerging platforms
- Prior experience in growing and scaling a digital community is a huge plus
- Excellent multitasking, time-management skills
- You are culturally-aware and naturally curious-you know what other brands are doing and are always thinking "how can we do this better?"
- The ability to act fast and in real-time
- Have a strong passion for all things beauty
- Experience leveraging industry platforms and tools (ex. Hootsuite, Sprout, Dash Hudson, CreatorIQ, etc.)
