Visit our Career Page to learn more about our team: SummaryThe Order Management Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing the full lifecycle of inbound orders received from retail partners across multiple brands. This role serves as a central point of communication between Sales, Planning, and third-party warehouse partners and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, process, and troubleshoot all inbound and outbound EDI transactions.
  • Allocate product based on predefined criteria when inventory is constrained.
  • Maintain full ownership of the order-to-cash process.
  • Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, out-of-stocks, shipping delays, and other exceptions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with retailer-specific requirements and routing guidelines.
  • Research and resolve chargebacks for assigned accounts.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related role; consumer products experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP (or equivalent functions).

The Global Payroll Manager (North America) will oversee end-to-end payroll operations across the United States and Canada, serving as our technical payroll regulatory expert. This role will focus on establishing scalable infrastructure, standardized processes, and performance frameworks to support our global operations and enable future growth and geographic expansion.
This position is ideal for a hands-on payroll leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly growing environments. Responsibilities:
  • Oversight over end-to-end payroll operations, compliance, and transformation for North America (U.S. and Canada), with potential future geographic expansion.
  • Serve as the technical payroll regulatory expert for North American Payroll statutory requirements, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting (Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), federal, state/provincial, and local).
  • Design, implement, and maintain foundational payroll processes, controls, and organizational infrastructure to support current and future-state operations.
  • Drive payroll system configuration, integration, and reporting customization initiatives across payroll and HR platforms (ADP, SAP, BambooHR, or similar enterprise HR Information Systems).
  • Lead automation and optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of payroll operations.
  • Establish and maintain disciplined quality oversight frameworks with quantifiable metrics and KPIs to measure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies and track performance metrics to drive operational excellence.

Visit our Career Page to learn more about our team: SummaryThe Summer Intern, Brand will support the Well People marketing team across sampling initiatives, brand storytelling, cultural moments, and events. This role offers hands-on exposure to how a clean beauty brand connects with Millennial and Gen X audiences through thoughtful marketing, community engagement, and purpose-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities:
  • Sampling & Campaign Support
  • Support product sampling campaigns by helping develop messaging and execution plans to introduce Well People products to health-conscious audiences
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights to inform future sampling initiatives

  • Trendspotting & Cultural Moments
  • Monitor beauty trends and cultural moments relevant to Millennial and Gen X audiences
  • Identify opportunities for Well People to show up authentically during key moments such as International Women's Month, Pride, and Latin Heritage Month
  • Track competitor activity within the clean beauty and wellness space

  • Event Coordination
  • Assist with planning and coordinating brand events, including product launches, influencer activations, and external pop-ups
  • Support event logistics such as materials, product inventory, and on-site setup
  • Collect post-event feedback and insights to help improve future activations

  • Additional Marketing Support
  • Support brand storytelling through marketing narratives, reporting, presentations, and other marketing initiatives
  • Assist with cross-functional projects aligned with Well People's mission of clean beauty, innovation, and accessibility
Requirements:
  • Must be available for the full internship period: June 17th - August 21st
  • Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Must be based in Los Angeles
  • Strong interest in clean beauty, wellness, and sustainability
  • Creative storyteller with a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities
  • Familiarity with social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, and an understanding of community engagement
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Business Rationale:
  • This summer, the Brand Intern will support the small but mighty Well People marketing team across initiatives that shape brand presence and connection with core Millennial and Gen X audiences. The role will contribute to sampling programs, brand storytelling, competitor analysis, and event support for both key launches and evergreen moments-helping the team execute thoughtfully while staying culturally relevant.
