What You'll Do
- Support the execution of brand marketing campaigns, launches, and initiatives from planning through delivery

- Coordinate product and material logistics for campaigns, events, and activations, including inventory tracking and shipments
- Maintain organized documentation related to campaign planning, product flow, and performance tracking
- Support production of experiential marketing efforts, including events, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Assist with reporting, weekly team updates, and campaign recaps to support continuous improvement
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the brand marketing team as needed

The Product Innovation Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timeliness,accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product-related master data throughout the product development and innovation lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and seamless product launches by coordinating with cross- functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for product innovation master data across systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, MDM).
- Ensure data standards and governance policies are applied during the creation and maintenance of product master data for new product development (NPD) and innovations.
- Manage workflow for new products and product changes. Summarize workflow statuses to the Project Management team.

- Create and maintain product records in PLM and/or MDM systems, ensuring timely and accurate entry aligned with stage-gate or agile product development processes. Ensure synchronization across systems.

- Develop and maintain data KPIβs, SOPs and work instructions for master data processes supporting innovation.
- Participate in data quality audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support system enhancements and testing related to master data, including new integrations or data model changes.

- Create reporting frameworks for measuring retention performance across site + channels, focusing on KPIs like list growth, repeat rate, LTV, lapsed/churn, and customer cohorts

- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance across Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, and additional tools
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, performance marketing, communications, or other related field
- 6+ years in retention or lifecycle marketing-DTC or beauty industry experience preferred
- Required: technical, hands-on knowledge of ESP (Klaviyo preferred), SMS platforms (Postscript/Attentive preferred), and email deliverability best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Comfortable working in Shopify and loyalty/subscription tools like Recharge or Loyalty Lion

- Troubleshoot technical issues (supplier, plant, distribution, quality, etc.)

- Review and approve artwork for new/maintenance SKUs.

- Experience building driver-based forecasts for a large SKU mix with complex product lifecycles, including incrementality, cannibalization, and volume recapture.

The Manager, Media Buying & Analytics plays a vital role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of Naturiumβs paid media efforts. Reporting to the Director, Paid Media, this individual will partner closely on campaign strategy and planning, helping map out channel initiatives and performance goals across key platforms including Meta and TikTok.
They will lead creative strategy development in collaboration with the Director and cross-functional teams, translating performance insights into clear briefs, testing roadmaps, and asset optimizations. - Measurement, Insights & Optimization
- Establish KPIs across engagement, community health, audience growth, and performance impact
- Own reporting frameworks that translate social and community performance into clear business insights
- Leverage analytics and qualitative community feedback to continuously refine strategy
- Partner with Growth and Analytics teams to optimize performance and investment decisions
- Education-First Community Strategy
- Build and execute a comprehensive education-driven community framework that empowers consumers with ingredient literacy and skincare knowledge
- Develop structured education pillars (ingredient spotlights, routine architecture, skin concern deep dives, myth-busting, clinical explanations)
- Create scalable playbooks for science-backed responses to skincare questions across comments and DMs
- Elevate community conversations beyond engagement β fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term advocacy
- Serve as the βears of the brand,β synthesizing qualitative community insights into actionable product and messaging refinements
- Ensure all community responses are compliant, accurate, and aligned with brand integrity standards
- Partner with Customer Experience and Corporate Communications to manage sensitive or high-volume inquiries
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Influencer, Growth, DTC, Retail, and Customer Experience teams
- Ensure community insights meaningfully inform broader brand and business decisions
- Serve as the internal expert and executive voice on social platforms, digital culture, and community behavior
- 10+ years of experience leading social media and community management within beauty or consumer brands
- Proven success scaling highly engaged brand communities
- Deep understanding of internet culture, platform dynamics, and consumer engagement behavior
- Strong leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Balances creative instinct with data-driven decision making
- Passion for skincare, education-led storytelling, and community-first brand building
- Highly adaptable with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
