Litigation Paralegal – Remote with Occasional In-Person Meetings (Jacksonville, FL)
Greene | Kolyesnik BridgeTRUST, PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our growing trust & estates and business litigation practice. This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings and court appearances as needed.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of civil litigation experience, with strong knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, experience with State and Federal E-filing, and the ability to manage complex cases with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis using reliable resources and databases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, organization, and management of files and evidence.
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and related events.
- Manage attorney calendars, including tracking deadlines, hearings, and court schedules.
- Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Support trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness binders, and courtroom logistics.
- Maintain organized and secure electronic case files.
- Perform additional administrative and litigation support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
- Proficiency with Florida E-filing Portal and familiarity with federal court filing systems.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and case flow.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software.
- Ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment, while staying connected to a collaborative team.
