The TIG Welder at our Baldwin, WI location is responsible for set up and welding of product. This is a 2nd shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 3:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m.
Role Responsibilities:
- Performs set up and all position welding on a diversified line of standard and non-standard product according to print specifications. Materials may include steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Fit and position product weldments having several parts, using welding and welding fixtures and jigs where applicable.- Work from prints and routings.
- Statistical process control (SPC) data collection and use of graphs (TIG welding).
- Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
- Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Completion of welding diploma from an accredited weld school, or

- Pass blueprint reading test
- Pass practical weld test
- Ability to MIG and TIG weld
- The position may require that the selected candidate is medically evaluated and able to wear a Power Air Purified Respirator (\"PAPR\") while fulfilling the requirements of the position.

The Toolroom Machinist at our Baldwin, WI location involves performing the duties to provide tool fabrication support for new and existing product or new equipment used in production. This is a 1st shift onsite role, with hours from 5:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work from drawings and non-formalized documentation, written and verbal instructions with a minimal amount of supervision.
- Design & Fabricate production jigs and fixturing such as, assembly fixtures, machining fixtures, weld fixtures.
- Fabricate new product models and prototypes for Development Engineering and provide design feedback in regard to manufacturability.
- Perform tool reconditioning, tool maintenance, and tool preventative maintenance.
- Revise existing tooling to improve product quality, improve production and reduce cost.
- Instruct manufacturing personnel in the use of new jigs and fixtures.
- Recommend design changes to improve production yields and manufacturability of new and existing products.
- Initiate purchase requests for stock tool material and for tooling for new products and pilot projects.
- Modify products as required to ensure proper assembly.
- Assist and advise Manufacturing Engineering on routing of parts through the fabrication and machine shop area.
- Responsible for maintaining work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.

- We start the day with a vehicle inspection and a morning meeting

- When our truck is full, we will dispose of the items at a waste management or recycling facility
- You will maintain clear and constant communication throughout the day with our dispatch and operations team

Job Requirements:
- 21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
- Valid driver's license & CLEAN driving record (No points, suspensions, or violations) This is non-negotiable.
- Working knowledge of truck operation, care, and general maintenance
- Physically capable of lifting and loading 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable meeting & communicating with customers (bilingual is a plus!)
- Load and unload items with and without dollies
