Summary:
Provides professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for assigned patients. The Registered Nurse provides care consistent with the standards of professional nursing. Provides leadership and supervision to CNA/SNA and other healthcare workers as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
- CPR.
- NRP preferred at time of hire.
- Level III or Level II NICU experience preferred
Work Shift Details:
12 Hours
Night Shift
Shift Times: 1830-0700
Every Third weekend
Rotating Holidays

Summary: The position of nursing manager requires a clinically competent Registered Nurse whose responsibilities include planning, directing, supervising and coordinating patient care provided by the healthcare team. The leader is responsible for the overall clinical, quality, service, and financial performance for their area. Collaborates with staff, management, and physicians to ensure quality and patient care is being provided with optimum patient outcomes. Acts as a resource person to staff in problem identification and solving. Serves as a mentor for staff and promotes a team based model. Effectively interacts with patients, significant others, and other health team members.
Requirements:
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- BSN degree required.
- MSN or master's in health-related field preferred.
- Advanced degree in Business, Nursing, Allied Health Professional or Hospital Administration or certification in specialty area.
- CPR Certified.
- A minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience

$47.17 - $60.14
