The Technology Support & Training Specialist provides high-quality technical support to attorneys and business services staff in a law firm environment. This role supports firm-approved hardware, software, and legal applications while delivering excellent client service, practical user guidance, and training to ensure technology is used efficiently and securely.

Pay range for this role is: $35/hour to $43/hour ($72,800-$89,440/year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for attorneys and staff.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and firm applications.
  • Support legal technology including document management, Microsoft 365, collaboration, and practice-specific tools.
  • Respond to and manage service desk tickets, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
  • Assist with new hire technology onboarding, including device set up and access.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Performs set up and all position welding on a diversified line of standard and non-standard product according to print specifications. Materials may include steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

  • Fit and position product weldments having several parts, using welding and welding fixtures and jigs where applicable.

  • Statistical process control (SPC) data collection and use of graphs (TIG welding).

The Director partners closely with executive leadership, HR teams, and physician leaders to design and implement enterprise learning strategies that support leadership growth, succession planning, and organizational transformation.

The role oversees leadership development programs, talent review processes, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across hospitals, physician groups, and corporate service areas. Description:

Responsible for assessing and treating patients referred for occupational therapy in effective and professional manner, while adhering to Maryland State laws and American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Code of Ethics & Ethics Standards.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Collaborates with physicians, medical professionals, staff, and families, to ensure quality of care.

·       Provides assessment and care for patients of all ages from neonate through geriatric.

·       Additional training may be required, to work with special programs and procedures, or specified groups of patients, as determined by department guidelines and best practice.

·       Adheres to AOTA Code of Ethics & Ethics Standards.

·       Supports Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Health.

What you will need:

Required:

·        Graduate of an accredited school with Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy

·        Current Maryland license verified by the Maryland State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice

·        Successful completion of at least six months of supervised full-time fieldwork approved by educational institution granting degree.

·        Current BLS (issued through the American Heart Association)

·        Must be able to evaluate and treat patients in any hospital unit within professional scope of practice ads, writes, speaks, and comprehends the English language

·        Must be willing and able to become proficient on basic computer systems utilized for documentation, scheduling and charging systems.

Pay Range: $48 – 53.50

Pay is based on experience, skills and education.  Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.  The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
