As an Assortment Planner at Dollar Tree’s corporate office, you’ll partner closely with Category Directors and Merchants to define and optimize our product assortment strategy. Using strong analytical skills and business insight, you’ll develop and maintain assortment plans, evaluate item performance, and provide data-driven recommendations that directly impact category success. Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assortment Planning & Strategy:
• Provide analytical support for Product Line Reviews (PLRs) and Business Reviews (BRs), ensuring accurate data and actionable insights are available for decision-making
• Develop and maintain assortment plans aligned with category strategies and financial objectives
• Utilize assortment optimization tools to evaluate item and store clustering to support assortment recommendations
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Conduct weekly analysis of top and bottom performing products, identifying risks and opportunities within the category
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and address performance trends
• Track and report on department-level KPIs, supporting leadership in driving category results
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with Merchandising, Inventory, and Store Operations teams to ensure assortment plans align with broader business objectives
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner grounded in data
Your Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in Assortment Planning, Merchandising, or a related analytical role
• Experience working with assortment planning software and analytical tools
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience in retail, value retail, or high-volume merchandising environments
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools
• Experience supporting PLRs and BRs in a corporate merchandising environment

The Retail Workforce Management Specialist supports the planning, analysis, and system administration activities that help optimize labor deployment across the retail organization. Reporting to the WFM System & Labor Standards Manager, this role assists with maintaining workforce management systems, validating labor standards, and generating labor performance insights. The WFM Specialist helps ensure schedules align with customer demand, business goals, and compliance requirements to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Management System Support
- Assist in maintaining and updating the WFM platform (e.g., Legion, Kronos, UKG, Reflexis) to support accurate scheduling, forecasting, and timekeeping.
- Partner with IT and HR teams to monitor integrations with payroll and POS systems.
- Support system testing, upgrades, and rollout of new features or configuration changes.
- Provide day-to-day user support and assist in developing training resources for field and store leaders.
Labor Standards & Modeling Support
- Help collect and organize data used to validate labor standards and staffing models.
- Conduct time studies or data reviews to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support the creation of workload models that align labor needs with sales forecasts and service expectations.
- Maintain documentation of process standards and assumptions for transparency and consistency.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate recurring reports and dashboards on scheduling accuracy, productivity, and labor performance.
- Identify data inconsistencies or trends and escalate findings to the WFM Manager.
- Partner with analytics and finance teams to ensure alignment between forecasted and actual labor results.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with Store Operations, Finance, HR, and IT to support labor planning initiatives.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and rollout of new WFM features or labor model updates.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in workforce management, labor analytics, or retail operations support.
- Familiarity with WFM platforms (Legion, Kronos/UKG, Reflexis, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Job Summary and QualificationsThe Surgical Technician demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to function in the scrub role during surgical procedures performed in the department. The Surgical Technician is experienced in all aspects as a septic technique, setting up the required equipment and sterile supplies as needed for their assigned cases; pulling cases as needed; and breaking down cases at the end of the procedure. He/she is knowledgeable regarding instrumentation, equipment, and supply needs for all types of surgical procedures. The Surgical Technician may come in contact with medications and therefore must demonstrate understanding of proper medication management and storage as well as maintaining a secure medication environment. The Surgical Technician may rotate to other areas other than surgery, and will perform those duties for which he/she has demonstrated competency. The Surgical Technician performs delegated duties consistent with his/her scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan for Sky Ridge Medical Center (SRMC). The Surgical Technician follows and supports SRMC policy and procedures. The Surgical Technician displays positive support for the values and mission of SRMC. The Surgical Technician provides education on procedures, instrumentation, and equipment as needed. The Surgical Technician demonstrates advanced resource skills for equipment and instruments. The Surgical Technician assists Clinical Nurse Coordinators in case preparation, equipment needs (operating and capital requests), and preference card accuracy. The Surgical Technician may function in the role of preceptor with completion of a SRMCP receptor Course. Call is required for position.What qualifications you will need:
