The Opportunity

- A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary medical care, mental health care, dental care and eye care.
- Facility hours are Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, closed on most federal holidays.
- Patient mix includes pediatrics, adults, insured, and uninsured populations.
- Annual volume of 4,000 with approximately 3 patients per hour.

Job Summary
Assists Tree Surgeon by operating vehicle and equipment while on job site. Maintains and prepares equipment for daily use.This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Facilities Landscaping staff. Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Operate equipment to include chainsaw, chipper, auger, other power equipment such as water tanks and hand tools.
Job Duty 2 -
Assist tree surgeon with operational and safety issues including running rope, pruning, pruning, pulling and hauling branches, and monitoring site for bystanders and properties.
Job Duty 3 -
Participate in new tree care by assisting Tree Surgeon in planting, watering, fertilizing, staking and mulching. Manually prunes trees to 7 inches per campus standard.
Job Duty 4 -
Perform daily tasks including loading truck, Toro Lift, sharpening chainsaws, operating vehicles, checking fluids, dispensing gasoline and operating radios.
Job Duty 5 -
Assist in campus emergencies including tornado, hurricane, and ice and snow events cleanup.
Job Duty 6 -
Perform other duties as assigned

- Viaggio aereo di andata e ritorno (con integrazione per tratte diverse da a/r Milano o Roma / New York o Washington D.C.)
- Assistenza sanitaria durante il periodo lavorativo
- Assistenza negli USA da parte dello staff di ASSE-Aspire Worldwide
- Disponibilità 24 ore su 24 di un numero verde di emergenza
Requisiti richiesti:
- Studenti universitari iscritti full-time
- Età 18–27 anni
- Giusta mentalità: apertura alle novità, flessibilità e volontà di adattarsi ad una realtà diversa da quella italiana;
- Lingua inglese: dimestichezza con la lingua inglese parlata, non è richiesta alcuna certificazione linguistica;
- Disponibilità di 10–12 settimane tra metà giugno e metà settembre
Trascorrere un’estate negli Stati Uniti significa migliorare l’inglese, lavorare in un contesto internazionale, conoscere studenti da tutto il mondo e arricchire il proprio CV con un’esperienza unica.
