Job Duties
The Plastic Surgery Department at Geisinger has an opening for a BE.BC Plastic Surgeon.
Geisinger is seeking plastic surgeons to join our team in central or northeastern Pennsylvania. Our services include general plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, microsurgical and implant-based breast reconstruction, maxillofacial trauma, cancer/trauma reconstruction, and cleft/craniofacial care.
Our integrated plastic surgery residency provides opportunity for teaching, research, and program development. Geisinger has an established reconstructive and cosmetic referral base which is geared to building a thriving practice. We are supported by an excellent team of physician assistants, nurses, and staff. We also collaborate closely with multiple disciplines throughout the system.
For those candidates interested in cleft care, there is an opportunity to lead our accredited cleft program. We are looking for highly motivated, exceptional plastic surgeons who love the breadth of plastic surgery and want to be an integral part of this team and continue Geisinger's tradition of innovation and excellent patient care.

Position Details
A plastic surgeon deals with the repair, reconstruction or replacement of physical defects of form or function involving the skin, musculoskeletal system, craniomaxillofacial structures, hands, extremities, breasts and trunk and external genitalia. They use aesthetic surgical principles not only to improve undesirable qualities of normal structures but in all reconstructive procedures as well. A plastic surgeon possesses special knowledge and skill in the design and surgery of grafts, flaps, free-tissue transfer and replantation. Competence in the management of complex wounds, the use of implantable materials and in tumor surgery is required.

Simkhai is searching for a Retail Stock Associate. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom. This position supports daily store operations by managing inventory flow, maintaining stockroom organization, and ensuring operational procedures are followed. Must be comfortable engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and supporting the sales team on the floor when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock & Inventory
- Receive, unpack, and process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise
- Ensure proper pricing, tagging, and product placement
Operations

- Answer incoming store phone calls from time to time when needed
Qualifications:
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Must have ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 40–50 lbs); Physical work including standing, lifting, bending and walking

- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Must have prior retail, stock, or operations experience

The Resource Surgical Technologist functions under the direction of the registered professional nurse. Assists the health care team in providing safe, age appropriate and culturally aware patient care. He/she has advanced knowledge, skill and ability to perform duties within the context of at least three surgical specialties including moderate to high acuity cases (with an expectation on occasion to work above this level as cases require) as defined by the scope of anatomy, equipment and instrumentation of the case and anticipates the needs of the surgeon and other members of the healthcare team. Exhibits a high-level ability to acquire additional surgical skills for progressively more difficult cases and functions as an expert technical resource. Demonstrates an efficient, organized surgical plan for assigned cases. Takes initiative to discuss surgical plan with other members of the healthcare team. Able to troubleshoot instruments and equipment. Anticipates any additional supplies or equipment required for procedures. Acts as a liaison with sterile processing department. Expert level clinical skill, knowledge, and disposition to mentor, precept or train in various modalities. Initiates performance improvement initiatives in conjunction with unit leadership. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation of the operative suite and surgical field to ensure a safe patient care environment while being vigilant for the maintenance of the sterile field and other patient safety concerns. * Assists with room set-up to include opening of sterile supplies.

* Performs appropriate surgical counts with circulator.
* Actively participates in the procedure pause/time-out.
* Scrubs, gowns, and gloves; Gowns and gloves surgeon and assistants.
* Assists in draping sterile field.
* Passes instruments to surgeon during the procedure. Maintains an organized back table and operative field. Able to anticipate and offer surgeon suggestions throughout the procedure for facilitating cases.
* Maintains highest standard of sterile technique during procedure.

* Actively participates in post procedure pause which includes accounting for proper handling of the specimens.
* Cleans and prepares instruments for terminal sterilization, taking initiative to inform SPD of critical need instrument.
* Applies principles of asepsis to ensure the prevention of infection and safety of patients and employees.

This individual is fashion obsessed and client and brand centric with all efforts. With the goal of supporting client needs through styling efforts, this individual is a passionate brand ambassador who is responsible for promoting brand engagement with clients, partners and within their city. Performance:
- Support floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store both front of house and back of house
- Be a support to execute business plans to accelerate the business forward and remedy opportunities

- Be an ambassador to the brand and promote the culture of Rails internally and externally
- Ensure store atmosphere upholds the image of the brand
Client Centric:
- Support the acquisition and retention of clients are key focuses and as such create and cultivate client relationships for the store and brand overall
- Be sure that you and your teams deliver the best possible client experience with every type of engagement (in store, virtual, alternate mediums)
- Follow through on customer journey as required to ensure a content client
- Support the needs of the client through styling advice and suggestion with every engagement
- Solution oriented approach to finding resolutions to customer service issues
Marketing & Community:
- In partnership with Store Management Team, bring to life activations/ events in the store that seek client acquisition and focus on client retention/ development
Team Leadership:
- In alignment with Store Management continually coach, motivate, train and develop internal teams so they achieve performance goals and are set up for success with growth opportunities within the organization
- Support a positive work environment with teams and throughout store network including cross functional partners
- Support performance management initiatives with store teams
- Attend and participate at store meetings as required by the business
- Ability to manage and resolve conflict in the workplace
Visuals:
- Support the image of the store and ensure that is in line with corporate standards and store team is upholding these standards
Operations:
- Ensure all inventory initiatives are completed including receiving, return to warehouse, transfers, regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and processing are completed in accordance to company guidelines as required
- Protect all company assets including cash handling, inventory, expenses etc.
- Support Client Consignment business, ensuring a quick turnaround, strong take rate, and effective and efficient logistics for merchandise movement
- Ensure omnichannel functions, including Order-in-Store, Ship-from-Store, Pickup-in-Store, Reserve-in-Store, with a focus on achieving Omni-specific KPIs
- Provide support to ensure that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, and internal procedures
- Partner with cross functional partners including Stores within network, Operations, Visual Team, CRM, Retail Training, HR, Merchandise teams, Regional management as necessary
- Additional projects/ responsibilities may arise in accordance with the needs of the business
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment preferred
- Fashion enthusiasts and retail experience within women’s and men’s apparel preferred
- Ability to effectively create, manage and adhere to deadlines
- Familiar with key retail performance indicators
- Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate
- Advanced organizational skills, writing and communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
- Travel approximately 10% of the time
- Ability to climb ladders
