  • Proven working experience in construction supervision/management or a similar role. (5+years)($25mil+ in completed projects)
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages.
  • Ability to plan and see the "big picture".
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • LEED certified
  • Professional certification in Project Management.
  • Experience in sustainable development and green building practices.
