We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist (PharmD) to join our dynamic and growing team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our state-of-the-art compounding pharmacy, delivering top-tier medications and improving patient care across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound production and prescription verification
• Provide clinical consultations with patients and prescribers
• Maintain protocols to ensure product safety andeffectiveness
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with FDA and state regulations
• Contribute to training programs, R&D formulation development, and process improvements

Qualifications:

• PharmD and valid NYS pharmacist license required
• New grads welcome (0–1 year experience)
• In-depth knowledge of USP 795/797, compounding best practices, and pharmacy software (PrimeRx a plus)
• Strong communication, leadership, and patient-care skills

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in non-sterile compounding
• Familiarity with ICD-9/10, CPT codes, and medical terminology
