This opportunity begins May 25, 2026, and offers a Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts. Join a small, well-established FQHC outpatient clinic known for its supportive environment and low patient volume.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages except infants
- Manage walk-in patients and scheduled visits, averaging 5-6 patients per day
- No obstetric, infant care, or suturing responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility to spend ample time per visit
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EHR
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality care and smooth clinic operations
Additional Information
- Must be a nationally certified Physician Assistant with SD license, or compact license if unlicensed in SD
- Experience in family practice or primary care preferred
- Board certification not required

Two years minimum suggested experience level.
Must have experience with reading radiographs and dispensing medication.
Must have Alaska License and DEA license.
Be current on CME requirements.
Must have the computer skills needed to access computerized medical records.
Needs the skills and knowledge to practice medicine in the area of their specialty.
Ability to supervise and mentor NP, PA students and oversee community Health Aide clinical practice.
