Role Overview:

They are seeking a hungry, ambitious, and driven Salesperson to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in expanding their client base by selling to out-of-network healthcare practices and third-party billers. This is a foundational sales role within a startup environment, offering significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Mastery - Complete an initial three-month in-office training period to thoroughly learn the AI software platform and its functionalities

Client Engagement - Travel to meet with prospective clients to conduct demos and close sales

Lead Generation - Utilize various tools and company resources (e.g., existing email lists, online resources, industry conferences) to identify and engage new leads

Sales Cycle Management - Perform cold calls, get "foot in the door," schedule meetings, and deliver compelling product demonstrations

Stakeholder Communication – Learn about client needs and present the software's value proposition to office managers, billing managers, doctors, and related “decision makers”

Required Qualifications & Candidate Profile:

Seeking a Physician Billing Insurance Follow-up Supervisor to work for a rapidly growing medical management company in the Farmingdale/Melville area. This position requires Medical Coding Certification, three (3) years or supervisory experience, three (3) years of Insurance Follow-up. As the Supervisor - Insurance follow-up you will act as liaison between departments, director, management and staff. Collects information related to operations of assigned area. Prepares regular summaries and reports for as appropriate. Performs follow-up on receivables and posting for patients and third party accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Acts as liaison between upper Management and Staff.

· Oversees the units daily work activities.

Education and Experience

Knowledge and Skills

· Knowledge of HIPPA Regulations and maintains current industry knowledge

· Proficient in EPIC application

· Full knowledge of the New York State Third Party Regulation

· Credit and collections practices

Experience:

• Four years relevant clinical experience at a proficient to expert level of practice required with demonstrated involvement in quality or performance improvement.
• Preferred:  Experience with regulatory/accreditation readiness, patient safety, and data analytics.
