The Rewards Average Earnings: $83,200 annually (Top 10% earn up to $101,556).
Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset (typically Saturday or Sunday).
Pay Structure: Includes Mileage Pay + Unload Pay + Backhaul Pay.

Route & Equipment Details Route: Dedicated runs from Joliet, IL to WI, IA, MN, MI, IN, and Western OH.

Freight: Dry freight; hand-unloading required using rollers.
Equipment: Top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks (take-home options available).
Schedule: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday (based on location).
Qualifications Experience: Must have a valid CDL-A and 3+ months of current verifiable experience.
