Job Description This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding state-of-the-art senior care practice in the Louisville, Kentucky A successful physician-owned outpatient care clinic is looking to hire an additional physicians to provide Medicare-friendly service to the patients The group sees patients ages 65+ in an outpatient only setting You will work Monday-Friday No hospital work or inpatient admits/rounding required The shared phone call schedule is 1:10 Each office uses cutting-edge technologies including an on-site, robotic pharmacy to make the patient experience better Each physician has a small patient panel, which allows for amazing continuity of care Compensation The group is offering a competitive salary ($250,000+)with strong sign-on In the second year, there is a base salary increase and performance-based incentive bonuses These bonuses are based on patient satisfaction surveys, and not productivity Each physician also receives malpractice coverage, relocation, and full benefits including: health-disability-life insurance-401k with company match-16 vacation days-6 holidays-5 CME days and $1000 allowance Community Enjoy working in the heart of Louisville, Kentucky There is easy access to the University of Louisville, Kentucky Derby, and the 4th Street Live entertainment complex

  • 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Highly developed communication skills - bilingual a plus!
  • Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
  • 8th Grade Proficiency or Above

• • Able to lift at least 50lbs.
  • Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
  • Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Capable of working in both extreme weather elements - hot and cold
